Mere Mitra Ki Patni ne pure parivar ko pareshan ker rakha hai,uske mayke wale samne to nahi aate kintu phone per use uksate hai,mujhe lagta hai ki mere mitra ki patni apne mayke walo ke sath milker koi shadyantra rach rahi hai,kyoki uske mayke mayke wale lalchi kism ke hai unki najar mere mitra ke makan per kabja karne ki rahti hai,kya mayke walo aur mitra ki patni ke khilaf koi kanooni karvai ki ja sakti hai

My wife has filed 498a/406/34 in last month.After 3 days i got bail.
My office does not know anything,office is telling me to make
passport & visa for 2 month USA (official trip).I am going to
apply for passport.
Is there chances of fail in police verification ?
what to do if police verification fails ?
Please help ?

I married in 2007.It was an arranged marriage.My wife was a girl of remote village.We all so charmed with her beauty that we didn't search properly about her family background.Since marriage I met my wife at weekend for the first 2yrs of my marriage life.Bur always I was misguided by my wife that my parents with conservative mind treating her rudely etc etc. Being irritated to her continuous nagging finally I took her to kolkata in Nov'09.But it was a blunder of my life.I usually remain very busy in earning more and more to live a decent life in kolkata compare to others.Gradually her life style also changed radically with short-jeans new hairstyle,new boyfriend etc.Mobile always became busy with friends-call.No responsibility to cooking,sons education etc.Some of them washed her mind that she could be be film star etc.She insisted to join a Jim and became a frequent visitor of beauty parlors.
Finally she became so desperate and bold that she choosed one of them to marry as her valuable life is being spoiled with an unsmart,uncultured,unromantic person like me.I was informed by my neighbors that as soon as i go out of my office one handsome came and stays for 3 to 4 hours everyday.It the boy for whom I changed the previous residence. I found some contraceptive which i never purchased.There was a overnight quarrel.she called her parents and go away with my son threatening to teach a lesson as I tortured her mentally etc. From then(Feb'12) on I sent Rs.2,000/-in every sometimes Rs.1500/- as per advice of a local lawyer for my son through money order.I myself and my elders tried so far to bring her back for the sake of my little child at least.But all are in vain.They had driven me out from their her parental home when I had gone to visit my beloved son. I want to do everything for my son but what I can't imagine how false,baseless allegations one can bring only to ex tore some money.
Anyway dear experts my queries are:
1) Will sending this money do any favor in the pending legal battle?
2)Without filing RCR (as right now she may comeback with new motive) can I file any suit only to get the custody( at least visitation) of my son.Her parental home being in a remote village scope of proper education is very poor.My son was a bright student of renowned school of kolkata.His future is being ruined.
3) Should I stop further investment with my own name to save myself from the proposed amendment in the HMA or I can invest anywhere without her knowledge?

My father got married again after my mothers death 20 years back. The person he married already had 2 kids, a boy and a girl. We are also 2 brothers. So in total now he has 4 kids.
My father has died recently. Before his death he equally divided his property with his second wife and between us i.e. (2 of us - myself and my brother.) She got her share and we got ours.
My question would be:
1) Can my fathers 2nd wife's kids claim anything in the property distributed by my father ?
2) Who will get the property after my fathers 2nd wife dies?

can you please suggest some citations for the case which will help me in wavering the maintainence for the above discussed case.Also the case has been mentioned in hc records book : 2002(5)ALD 502(DB)

I really need your valuable advice.Also at the time of divorce she did not require any maintainence as she was well off and even today she is well off.This is just mere harrassment.

Ld Counsels,
Husband alleges that his mobile phone was misused.
In the counter statement of wife it is stated that husband has taken away her mobile phone on a particular date.
But during cross examination of husband if there was suggestion put to husband that he has taken away the mobile phone on a different date than what was stated by wife in the counter will it amount to contradiction of wife.

Property purchased by the husband from his savings and registered in the name of his wife. This property for the wife does it become Acquired Property or Hereditary Property. Also what is the status of the property for the children when the mother is alive ?

My uncle, who was unmarried, expired recently. He had made will and bequeathed his share of ancestral property to son of my younger uncle. Is this will valid in view of following-
1.This property was in the name of my grandmother who passed away in 1997. The names of my father, two of his younger brothers and one unmarried sister were included subsequently in government records.
1.The property is still in joint names including my father, my younger uncle, the deceased uncle and another deceased unmarried aunt (the aunt passed away two years back)
2. I have two more married aunts. Do they also have share in ancestral property ?
3. How many shares will be there of this property?

Wife left maritial home and not responded for a month
Dear Sir/Madam
My wife has left me on 10th July due to a dispute and is staying with her family ever since She has not called or sms or even emailed me ever since she had come to my apartment on 17th august and taken all her papers and personal belonging and has not informed me , I have been married for 6 year and its a love marriage she is a Sindhi and i am a Muslim she has converted to islam and we have also registered our marriage post Islamic marriage ritual. i have sent her a legal notice asking to meet me and my lawyer to sort the dispute on 18th august i am not sure if she will come i want to know what else can i do and how can i get this issue under control i am lost with this - She also has filed 2 NC against me and its not true hence no actions where taken by the police i need to know my legal rights and law to tackle this hurdle and any suggestion in this regards will be always helpful
