My brother filed for divorce on cruelty grounds in return my bhabhi filed 498a etc.

Do this false 498a has any advantage in divorce case?

if 498 A case is proved to be false and you are discharged hten it is ground for divorce . false 498 A case amounts to mental cruelty

Now a days from women side, this sort of harassment is going on, taking undue advantage of domestic voilence act 2006;but simultaneously divorce case is pending. in divorce case as a "live" ground of cruelty ( to prove) by ur bro may be taken against ur bhabi. I agree with Ajay's answr.
