Hi Experts,
My wife filed preliminary objection to my divorce (annulment based on fraud) case citing time bar as well as cohabitation post discovery of fraud. In her objection petition, she mentioned that the petition is time barred (which it is not and we have enough proofs) and also that we've met regularly outside and that I've lot of love for her and accepted her despite fraud but due to my parent's pressure, not living with her.
Fact is that, after discovery of fraud (and separation), I've met her outside (on the road, near some popular places) to discuss and resolve the divorce issue on three occasions. We've not cohabited and neither have I pardoned for her fraud (nature of the fraud is irrelevant for this thread).
She produced parking tickets etc to prove that my vehicle was there at that time (no names mentioned anywhere). I also doubt that she has phone records of meeting arrangement.
My advocate is preparing counter for this. He says that we should mention that we met but only to resolve the issue outside court.
Is he right on this? Can we completely deny that we met (but what if she proves that we indeed met)? Or if we mention that we indeed met, will the judge infer adversely?

This message regarding my sister she got married in new delhi ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR in 2010 with NRI.
IN 2012 May she went to usa and she is still there but she is in truble he dont let her go out she can not talk with anybody she felling like she is in jail, there are few more things i can not mention here.
But biggest problem is there that he is getting around one lakh in indian rupees from american govt she just came to know about it, how we all dont know. we can guess only because his mother is old citizen and she is taking care of her we are just guessing this not sure, IF its true means she is working there he dont present her as wife.there is one big problem that my sister can not read and write English.she is calls us from there and she told us all this,
two times she call the police also but they dont talk to her they talk with her husband and left.
So anybody here who can suggest here what we should do so she can come back easily she told him many time since 4 months he always says i will see what can i do.

Dear Sir, around 10 years back i got divorced and just recently i picked up my divorce order and decree. To my surprise, there is a spelling mistake in my name, i checked with the section department and they Informed me that the name in divorce order and decree is same as written at the time case was registered and now its not possible to do anything. Could you please advice me on the procedure to change the name in my order and decree or to file an affidavit.

hello
my husband is no more so legally i get all the property of his but my gold lies with my inlaws so i asked for my gold only.
Against which i was told that they will pay in 2 parts only.one ie 10% is paid and remaining 90% they have to pay through DD but they are asking me to come and collect it and bring all neccessary documents though the agreement didnt state that.
it stated that on receipt of the whole amount within 30 days the documents will be submitted.now they are threating that they will submit the DD to the court on context that i am refusing to oblige.
do i need to go there to collect the DD and when it is mentioned that within 30 days i have to give the NOC do i need to do it before that.

I had married to a girl with Vadic Padhatti in Arya samaj mandir on 16-10-12 & they had given me a certificate along with a affidavit of the same too. But my concern is are this documents are good enough as my in laws have good contacts with politician and they can harm us by making any false complaint and i do not want to loose my wife any how. Right now we both have not reveled this to our family that we had performed our marriage, and in present we are not living together, i am working in Vapi( Gujrat), and she is in Mumbai so now i want to take her with me but i scared that because of their contact they can harm us and my family too. please advice how to proceed with this situation. I have read about registering the marriage with Govt. but i don't have any birth date proof only i have is Pan Card Or Aadhar card for the same. plz plz plz advice as the things are getting worse now...

my wife of 23year marriage has filed for divorce and is demanding a flat solely owned by me/ Total expenses for our only son/ permanent settlement & alimony for herself though she is well employed in a 5 star hotel as manager. I am totally innocent and am not as well placed currently.
Kindly advise what are my obligations towards a mutual consent divorce. I have tried my best to make her see the reason but have noe agreed to settle for divorce and would like to knoe the best way out for me and our 14 year old son. I also own a house in joint name with my wife though paid for by me. Kindly advise.

Divorce case is pending and Domestic Case is in initial phase. what will happen to DV case if divorce order is passed.

Respected Sir,
I ismile mondal working in a private firm as qc engineer, am another victim of a false dowry case. my wife charged me 498 and attempt to murder case on me and 6nos others family members.my advocate move for anti cepetory bell but its.in jrge court bell passed for my family members till i am in warrented.
now m at another state... can i move to high court ?
how can can i escape from this case.Please help ...

My wife ready to file the some complaint against her parents but local PS deny to register so I prepare this complaint from my side, my wife will be verify the same or signature on same.
Please guide me what are the correction needed in complaint. Do I need to give this complaint in PS to save our self? Or what I need to do avoid the unnecessary interference. Will the same case conceder in family law As well as criminal case?
Please give guide me to save to our self is there an other way for same.
