Division of ancesteral property

Hi, I need your help on the following question.
My grandfather had inherited his property from his father. Before he passed away in 1955, he made a will and divided his property between my grandmother and my father. My father was a minor at that time.

My grandmother had no other children, she acquired some more property on her own.

Much after my grandfathers death, my father got married and had us children

My grandmother died inestate in the late 90"s

My question is, do we grandchildren have rights in our grandmothers portion of the property as my father is looking to dispose off the properties and leave us out of it

Cancellation of second marriage certificate

hello everybody, need help.... my husband had obtained an ex-parte divorce decree while i was staying with my inlaw, we came to know after 40 days, very soon i filed an application for setting aside the ex-parte decree. on day of filing the application court restricted my husband for remarriage. first date was after a month. somehow he managed a fresh date with was after almost 2months. on 2 hearing he filed his objections, saying that he is already married. now he has registered his marriage in this period of 3 months. in nov the ex-parte decree has set aside by the same court, my husband is still living with that lady and presenting her as his wife. as i know in hindu marriage act if first wife is alive than second marriage stands void. plz let me how i can deregister or canceal his second marriage certificate. plz help me as soon as possible.

Contradictory statements in two different aaffidavits of different cases

Respected experts,
my wife filed a DV case against me in december 2011.In my reply I had written that I m unemployed and i don't hav a job and I am residing at my home town, which is completely true till date.Just
after filing my reply for DV case,i filed custody case of my child(3 yr old girl). In my application I hav written that i m residing in a metro city and doing job there. actually my lawyer told me that even if i was unemployed at that time , i was searching for job, so i will get job soon and we can tell the court in that way.
now the lawyer of wife brought the affiadavit of the custody case and said that these statements are contradictory.I would like to know if this attracts a perjury case against me.I m still unemployed and still residing at my home town only, in fact I received the summons of intermim reviosn case at my hometown (my wife was denied interim maintainance by Hon court based on some solid documentary proofs against most of her alleagtions. In fact her case is full of lies only).
kindly give answer to my query and suggestions if any.
Thanks you

Co respondent

sir
i filed op to declare my marriage as null and void on the grounds that grils first marriage is still in subsistence. without giving divorce she has contracted second marriage.

my present problem is sir, while i filed OP petition my lawyer did not guided me to make first husband as co-respondent. i just called him as witness in my case. he came to the court as witness. my op petition was allowed in the trail court. immediately the other side prefered an appeal before AP High court. in that appeal she has not taken any plea with regard to making first husband as corespondent. her lawyer just orrally raised that ground and high court orally answered that there is no prejudice to the both the parties with regard to making first husband as corespondent as he came atleast as witness. but, now the girl filed again review petition in that she took corespondent's issue. last week it came on bench high court heard both sides and kept in reserve for judgment. High court has pointed the other side that why you have not taken in main grounds and why you are raising this as ground in review stage.

sir if the person comes as at least as witness, that evidence is not sufficient sir? making the first husband as corespondent is compulsory sir. but first husband came as witness in my case.

sir please provide any supreme court citation that when the first husband came as witness, it not ncessary to make him as corespondent.

Maintenance

My wife had filed 498A and after 10 months she filed DV sec 20 and seeking maintenance. My parents received summons on DV and i am yet to receive it. i have decent income all these months i some how managed at office to attend court 1000 kms away. now they asked me resign. I am planning to switch to a low paying job to sustain myself. In the above situation while passing interim/maintenance decree does they look my previous income or my present income and arrive at one figure. I am worried now,if they asked me to pay more money , i cant afford to get back high pay job with these pending court cases.

Hindu succession act 1956

"X" has got some property in 1953, because of the death of his father in 1952, and the property was the self acquired property of his father. and the hindu succession act 1956 came to force in 17.06.1956

whether that property will be considered as self acquired or ancestral ? can hairs of "X" claim their share in that property?
any judgments on this matter?
