my father married my mother legally as first wife and married other illegally second wife.now illegal second wife made petition in court she married legally as first wife and asking share in property with us .but my father no more.and all property in name of my mother and us .they got one girl married and a son.my father made some land in name of them also.she has right to get share in us now.my mother age is 60+ at that time they married in front of elders and now no proof of wedding

Iam sunni muslim . My mother owned a property she expired in 1989. We are 5 bros and 2 sisters all alive. MY father expired in 1988. my eldest sister died in 1982, before my parents death. Will this sister who expired before my parents have any right over the property? Please guide me.

when divorce is granted under HMA, is the husband liable to pay lumpsum alimoney or monthly maintanance or both?

wife if seperated/divorced in muslim law legally or sharia can she take custody of childrens aged 17female,15female,13female,6yrs boy in court or other?if husband wants them.

MY father in law has two flats on his name. he expired just one month back. But this property is not bought out of his earnings itz bought by selling ancestral property.MY mother in law has filed a case on his two sons for the property. As per law she has a share in my FIL property. BUt since itz not out of his earnings whether that law is applicable

In a mutually consented divorce case the petition has been already placed(Ist Motion has been moved).If within the cooling off period of 6 months either of the candidates withdraws his/her consent does it mean that the case is automatically dismissed and the court will direct the couple to cohabit and live together.
Also if the other candidate(Who does not want to withdraw ) wants to get the divorce what will be the options left before him/her,as the normal relations are beyond repair,as per this candidate

Wife has filed 498a followed by dv .in dv wife has asked for shared household and interim maintenance.i have to give our say on the next date .my lawyer has suggested that I should gift my house to my parents or sell it to avoid shared household order.will this really help at this stage when I have to give my say on the next date or is there any other way to avoid residence order?will wife get interim maintenance till shared household is decided?and approximately how much would it be ?wife has asked for 30k as IM .i earn about 70 k ,she runs a boutique and earns about 20k .

Registration of love
Dear Sir/Madam
Is there any law in india which can make registration of love or lovers. As so many young boys and girls are palying with the emotions of others i think it become imperative to have a law to make them registered so that it can protect the people who fell in love. In the name of love and promising for marriage they are deceiving others.
Making them registered may bring fear among those who want to use others emotions. Lot of young generation at crucial stages of there life are struggling with the menace of love failure and spoiling their career and life. sucides, acid attacks , rape all these are manifestations of love. controlling these emotions at the early stages of love where emotions are not reached to peak level by way of registration will help to reduce this menace in the society. it will also help those who seriously love and eliminate them who dont love seriously for the sake of marriage and also by way of registration it makes them think rationally before they further involve in love and make a better decision of their partner.
parents who are afraid of thier daughter and sons fell in love making early marriages and thus these young generation are not able to pursue thier dreams in the life and any major acheivements .
so i thought if there is any law in this regard will hekp alot for the society . Any ideas from you are welcome.
