respected sir,
my client has married in june 2013 but her wife treating him with very suspecious attitude and before marriage she had a boyfriend now after marriage also use to meet with her ex boyfriend and my client had photograph with the him as a evidence and her behaviour in family is very rude and not sustainable as she always gives fear of making flase police complaint
now my client wants divorce from her and i the divorce is not possible as per time limit specified in the act but can i go for judicial separation as their is no time limit specified in the sec 10 of hindu marriage act please guide about when to fill the petition for judicial separation

My divorce case is going on since a long time . My wife is not ready to give divorce to me and I'm staying alone from last three years. Because of tension and loneliness I'm suffering from many physical problems. My wife is unnecessarily trying to grab money from me. Is there any provision under Hindu or Muslim law by which I can re-marry during my divorce case is going on??

I am of 43 years of age. My wife had deserted me 6 years ago. The divorce case under cruelty and desertion is going on for last 3 years. During the progress of the case my wife had made false allegations of physical and mental torture to her by me and my parents which could not be proved. I have a query ---
Can I or my parents, who are senior citizens, take any legal action on her for false allegations, causing mental agony and loss of reputation in the society? Please advise.

I married 5 years back and i have a 3 yrs old daughter & 1 yr old son. Ours was an arranged marriage.. My wife is an epilepsy Patient which I came to know in our first night when she had a seizure on bed. She takes pills 2 times a day. But I compromised with out any hesitation for a good family life.When she was carrying our first baby ,I went overseas for job.After one year I came back and went to another country for another job.When I returned on leave arranging family visa we together returned back to my work place.There she again got pregnant,and with a mutual understanding of getting good care ,I send her back to India.There she lived with my parents and always fought with them.So to release the mental tension I was suffering ,I requested her to go back to her parents and live peacefully,without enquiring whose fault was there in my home.She needs someone always to look after her. Also she was not comfortable in the home in which we were living.After giving birth to our younger child ,she again came back with me.At the airport she fell down with my child in her hand due to epileptic seizure.My son got injured his head.Again without complaining we started living together.But she seemed least comfortable here with me,she always wanted to go back to her parents.She always made some problems here,to tease me.Her parents always supported her in blaming me.They continuosly compelled her to came back to live with them.So again I send back her to India.Now she is saying ,she is undergoing medical treatment and she cannot even say when she can return back.I requested her to come back for atleast 1 week,so that her visa can be renewed .Then after I told her to go back to her parents and live there til our younger child is 2 yr old.Then also she is refusing to come back,and even she is not willing to say when she can be with me.She is asking rather compelling me to stay with her in her house.I told her,now it is not possible ,for atleast some years,since I am not financially sound right now.Her parents are not living a social life,which means they are not even in talking terms with their close relatives.I fear about my childrens future ,If they are staying with them.Please advise me to overcome this situation

this I am from bihar. I need suggestion on a case.
one of my neighboring family whose daughter-in-law has died due to some illness and then bride's family and groom's family (my neighbour also relative) had some dispute over marriage gifts.the bride's family wanted it all the things back from groom's family. so they called village panchayat to settle down the matter. After a long discussion in the panchayat and according to muslim rules panchayat told the bride's family you can take gifts back only if you produce some documents from islamic scholor that allows you.
but bride's family has registered a fake dowry and murder case against groom's family and those people who was in that panchayat.
my father who was also there allegedly is a part of conspiracy.
Now even groom's family wanted to compromise on their condition but they are demanding high amount

Dear Sir,
My friend has a judgement of divorce by mutual consent passed in October wherein it is mentioned that their is no fraud or coerecion.
my query is
1)the wife is not willing to leave the house.
2)she is threatening the husband that she would file a case of mental harresment.
3)please throw light on how to make the order operative and regarding decree.
4)steps that the husband can take against the wife.

Query: Husband(A)advocate and wife(B) are married 10 years back and has a 7 years old son(C). there is no problem among them.husband has handsome income and crores together property.They are living happily.
The problem making by wife's father(D), mother(E) and wife's brother(F).Where D & F are advocates.
The D,E,F, are blaming A that he is torturing, killing B for dowry.
1)The B Said we are happy and have very good relationship, dont have any issues with husband.
2)Where A has no issues with B.
3)The problem creating by DEF.

After six months
there was oral blmaing by both sides with bad words.
where F is saying to A's relatives,known persons that he has recorded whatever A has scolded them & we'l take the action against him.
Question: a)A&B are inviting all (D,E,F)to put full stop to the problem but they are not ready to come for discussion & they are not at all replying.b)what Legal precsutionary measures A&B has to take to completely solve tis problem & it should not re arise in the future.
