Mutual divorce petition

Sirs,

Can you kindly advice me if we both can approach an advocate to file a mutual divorce petition together.

Or is it necessary that we have to be represented by advocates for each one of us to file the mutual divorce petition.

Thanks for your advice.

Parents harrassed by section 498,3/4.

hello sir. My parents did get the AB today itself. My question is can we proceed now for the quashing of FIR? If yes then are there any possibilities that the FIR can be launched again against my parents?

Please take a note that after marriage from 19th nov 2011, the girl ( my brother's wife ) was staying in bhuj till 3rd feb 2013. She and her family launched the FIR under section 498,3/4 at kamlanagar police station in bhopal on 6th oct 2013.

Everyone told us that since she has filed the complaint not within the six months but eight months of her stay with her parents, the FIR is not valid. Also that she was staying in Bhuj after marriage so the right place to launch the complaint is in bhuj and not bhopal.

I just wanted to know about what is the fact and what is myth.

Mental harrasment by mother in law

From the first month of marraige, my mother in law start mentally harrasing me.
First it came with giving my salary, then taking care of household chores, she started interfering everywhere in all my relationship with my husband.she never allowed me to keep a maid, though I was ready to bear al the exprenses
Off late she has started with a weird thing.
Before marraige I was diagonised with a hormonal problem in 2009 which was cured in 2009 itself.i hot married in 2011.and in 2012 I had an ectopic pregnancy.now my mother in law has taken all medical reports from me, really didnt want to give them back, I got all the xerox copies and she kept the original ones with her.
She claims she has gone to 4 gynaes and 2 endocrinologist who have said that I will never be able to conceive.
She has taken all my reports and have filed a case against me under 420 and 406 that we had hidden and had wrong intentions for marrying.
She keeps on telling me to leave the house by giving a mutual divorce.she has been telling from 2012 onwards to leave the house.
Her verbose is so sad, she calls me by names.
I am in a dilema what to do.
As she cooks food am afraid she might poison me.
Can I lodge any type of complaint with the local police that she might even try to kill me.
She has often told that she would slap me.
What actions can I take
My husband is neutral.sometimes he supports me and sometimes his mother.

rcr and child custody as wife mental disorder

I have been living separately from my wife and has filed RCR . we marriaged on 3rd May 2006. Daughter age 6 and Half years, study at class one.

She is mental patient, I have already done her "Phychometry Test" as per Doctor prescription. Her full scale IQ 63 (extremely low), She done several sucidal trials, suffer sever depression. She is "Aggression" & "Assaultiveness" in nature, this all are proved as per Phychometry test report.

Wife took all her belonding and ornaments with her and till then (29/10/13) she leaving at paternal house along with the Daughter (6 and Half years). Education already stopped due to my wife behaviour.
After RCR file is there any thing by law, which save children rights as our daughter suffer mentally and educationally at the beginning of life for her Mental Disorder Mother.

Alimony not paid

Hi, My husband and I were married for 14 years and we got divorced on 14/09/2012. He had paid the alimony amount in three installments of Rs. 9,00,000/- each in post-dated cheques. The first installment was paid on the day of the divorce. The second cheque was dated for 14/10/2013 and the third cheque is dated 14/12/2014 for which he had done stop payment. Can he do that? Can I demand the rest of the amount , i.e. the last installment also paid to me without waiting for next year? I don't trust him anymore.
Please advise.

Regards,
Preeti
