Waiting on 498a

Hello Experts..

FIR lodge-false 498,n Dv etc..Nov,12 by brother's wife.Chargesheet submitted on aug-13,waiting for summon till date.

Tried with a lawyer on bail,and tranfer of case, then changed lawyer as he took 2 months, but again same..2nd lawyer is also passed 1months more saying that he will putup the case when he will get his right bench(judge)..

Please help.. waiting on such cases will any help..

dont keep on changing your lawyers . we cannot comment on conduct of lawyers . before you engage a lawyer do some research .

Change the lawyer as u wish; at least 15th or 25th Lawyer will start the case.........................., at may take 100th lawyer, as 200 months 14 yrs are taken to start criminal cases!!!!

Look at pending cases on your court's daily board, you will find 1990,1992 cases pending!!!!!!!!!!It is proof of our Cr Courts delay....
