My husband has filed a divorce matter against me. Since 19 year we are not in the relationship. Come home and meet children in Go away. He has also done. Now he has filed an application for returning of original ration card from me but I cannot give him since it is a legal proof of my and my children also he want a divorce and his living with the second wife that also has issued one ration card which has name of 2nd wife and his child but not my husband's name please advise me what should I do I don't want to give original ration card. Also demanded the house where I am living and wanted to throw me out and you do not have any proof accept that ration card hence he is asking for the same. Please advise me what should I do I don't want to give him because he will misuse and he will delete my name in future.

Dear sir, my husband thrown me out because i gave birth to 2 female child since Sept-2018 till date, when i went to my matrimonial house along with my parents & brothers in Aug-2019, my husband and mother-in-law not allowed me to enter into the house and moreover my mother-in-law she kept false IPC 506 r/w 34 on me and on my brothers by managing the local police and sir now can i file RCR,Maintenance and DV Case and when i file RCR then Maintenance and DV Case is admitable in court or it shows any negative effect or impact on my RCR because i want to save my marriage life.Please suggest me. Dear sir, I got married in Feb 2016, and blessed with 2 female childs and my husband mother-in law sent me out from matrimonial house on 2 nd June - 2018 and still iam requesting them to take me back into house but they are refusing, and my last stay with my husband is 2nd June - 2018 so now if i file Domestic Violence case in this month it is valid and please tell me Time limitation for filing DV Case in Telangana.

A person filed Rcr got the decree about 7 years back and got degree from the honourable court. Since the marriage she hardly lived with 15 days and left her parents. In the mean time she filed 498 ipc and sec.3and 4 of dvc and dismissed in the court.
The person filed diverce on the basis of drsrtion giving the above.
It is posted for arguments.
Is it possible to award the maintenance and alimony with the judgment.
Kindly advice on this with rulings of any
Can a deserted wife can get maintainance or alimony.

I'm fighting my case in person. I have submitted the evidence in civil matter (Marriage Petition). But court is not accepted that time because it's not as per 65B Certificate format. Other party advocate cross-examined the me. Now, I'm looking for submit 65B certificate for digital evidence which already submitted. But court is not allowing because cross exmination is over. It's pertaint note that I have not submitted pursis of evidence close because 65B certificate submission is pending. Also, respondent and other party is taking objection that cross examination is already completed. Hence, 65B certificate should be not allowded. I have already submitted application of open my examination which pending now.
Please let me know what should I do?. Please share me if there are citations regarding same.
Also, please let me know if there is provision of submit 65B certificate at any stage in civil matter.
Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

If any spouse is staying overseas and could just filed first motion after hardship from employer and coming over with a belief that the other party living over here shall repond as he was chasing since 11 months for filing divorce on mutual consent on certain agreed terms and condition and payment of almony but after filing 1st motion if he or she apprend that other spouse living over here shall not turn up during second motion as he wants to take revenge and the spouse living abroad comes over and report the court on the date of filing of second motion alone then what would be the outcome?, whether justice shall be done by the honourable court considering the hardship and mental agony of the spouse living abroad separately since three years after cruelty she faced from her husband and there is no chance of re-union.
Pl advice the way out

Delhi 1. I need help from all of respectable people regarding Complainant wife filed a fake complaint against me when i went to their parental home for take her with our son back to her metrimonial home.
2. She lives her perantal home at another City since last 2 years with my son without my wish.
3. When complainent refused to returned with me for her metrimonial home i came back to my home
4.when i was on the way i received a call from PS and S.I told me that my wife filed a complaint against me for beatan by me to her and if you didn't come in P.S we will take up you.
5. After that i immediately filed ancipatory Bail
6. Currently I am on interim anticipatory bail in a fake complaint which is filled by complainent (Wife) against me.
7. 11 mothes later, after granting interim anticipatory bail now complainant file a complaint CAW cell against me and my family.
8. I.O of CAW cell called me and gave a date and time me for meeting with complainent.
