Husband is cheating and not picking up the call

Hello sir,

I got married in 2016 and I have a kid of 1.5 years. For 2 years, my husband was very rude to me and he use to drink and fight with me.

On November 2019, My husband got drunk and had a big fight with me, So I took my son and shifted to my Maternal home.

My in-laws are not saying anything to my husband and supporting him.

From past some months my mother and father are convincing my in-laws to solve the problem, we also tried to make them convince by other family members. (nothing is working).

Now no one is picking up the call.

Now I came to know by some of relatives that my husband started living with some other girl ( in LIVE IN RELATION).

1) What should I do now?

2) What remedies is available for me in the court and out of the court.

3) Should I go to mahila Police thana

4) My husband and inlaws has properties, Is my son entitled to get the share of property and maintenance? How can I raise my children on my own without support.

Please guide me

Legal heir vs poa

My Grandfather is the Chief of our village, my father is the legal heir to my grandfather and I am to my father, but unfortunately my father died few years back. Now I become the legal heir of my Grandfather (as per our Kuki ustomer law in Manipur). After the death of my father, my Grandfather give POA to my uncle stating it is irrevocable one. Now my question is:
1. Can I challenge and override the POA?
2. How can I claim my rights, to be the Chief of our village?

Jurisdiction dissolution of muslim marriage last resided

Muslim Wife want to file divorce petition against Muslim husband alleging cruelty and non payment of maintenance to wife and minor child. Marriage was held at Jama-ath in home town place of wife. After marriage they resided in a rented house near a place. Both these places are with in the jurisdiction of a family court which is the family court for home district. But they last resided in another district from where she was brutally assaulted and thrown out by the husband. On that day from which they are residing separate and there is no further physical or mental contact between them. The question is that in which court should file the divorce petition, before the court on whose jurisdiction where the marriage was held and they resided immediately after the marriage or before the court where they last resided and separated.?
