We have owned a flat which is in the name of my mother my elder brother keeps fighting with my parents to put his name first in nominee list and then the remaining 2 of us
So i want to ask whether he will be getting any special rights if his name appears first in the nominee list

- What is the best way to transfer entire ownership of the property to his name?

one case is pending of Surat family court for 498(a) and seeking divorce only on two months marital life. Still case is pending meanwhile plaintiff also sent and submit application to Local police station. Maintenance amount challanged in High court.
now both the parties agreed to componded the case or withdraw from family court. Is it possible to roll back in this matter.

I'll keep it short and simple. I have a child custody matter pending in Bangalore Family Court against my ex-wife that I need to transfer to Hyderabad FC because my ex-wife moved to Hyderabad along with the child. In this regard, the following questions:
(a) Can I move a petition to transfer the case to Hyderabad in the Hon'ble Supreme Court?
(b) Can I file such a petition representing myself (party in peson) or is it a must that I engage a counsel for SC matters?
(c) Can I attend the hearings online through video conferencing?
(d) Typically, how long does it take for the case to get transferred?

Through former husband Mrs. A has 2 sons R and I.
Mrs. A remarries Mr. B. Out of this marriage no sons / daughters were born. Mr. B through his earlier marriage had 3 sons, wherein 2 sons died before Mr. B. Only one son is alive.
Mr. B dies intestate.
So should we consider that Mrs. A is a CHILDLESS WIDOW.
How the shares will be divided between deceased 2 sons legal heirs, living Son and living Widow in the property of Mr. B? Will the legal heirs of the deceased son gets any share in B's property? If we consider her CHILDLESS WIDOW then as per Shariat Law, a Childless Widow will inherit 1/4th share in the deceased’s property.
Mrs A is filing Partition Suit, so how much share she should claim 1/8th or 1/4th?
Will the step-sons R and I can get any share in Mr. B's property as per Shariat Law? Please help.

sir divorce has been filed in july 2020 bcoz of external affairs and he has been using naked pics of that girls and harrasing and all such things and my husband has not filed a vacalat at all its 3rd date due to covid .. he has been calling through relatives to takeback case and police complaint also given now he says want to talk to kids which i dont want to allow unless case moves and not leaving my house which is in my house,, what best can be done to get my house back,, he is taking advantage of situation and i have 2 kids outside the house.. is it possible for ex parte after this 3rd date

complain filed against family members including husband under 498a and Dowery prohibition 3,4,5 FIR Registered and also came in a news paper 3 years passed no news or developments received from Police station except one visit of Women police to record the statement.that also two years back. No news for trial charge sheet or status of the said FIR.
