Expert sir.
A hindu upper caste (unreserved) man after marriege extra maritial affair with a girl belongs to obc caste. Without marriege the girl give birth to a boy.
Now my question is whether the boy is eligible for reservation under obc quata or not?

Hi,
We have been married for 7.5 years and we also have a 5 year old daughter. My wife is highly abusive and tortures me and my parents mentally and physically. She steals my parents belongings, damages their personal items and behaves abusively with them. We live in a rented house in my name. I have heard that if I approach the Police then they will favour the wife only. And she is also not ready for divorce or separation. How can I and my parents legally get rid of her tyranny?

My friend belongs to hindu upper caste unreserved caste in karnataka he married with same caste girl in 2007. They had a daughter in 2009. In the year 2010 they both convert to islam. In the year 2013 they given birth to son.
Now my question is whether the boy is eligible for reservation under muslim obc quota or not?
At the time of birth both mother and father belongs tO muslim.

Divorce case is in last stage. no child custody case as child is staying with mother and father is not interested. Mother wants to change minor child last name (surmane). Mother requested several time for last name change but father said no.
Query: Under what section minor child surname change petition can be filed?

Hello all, Can somebody please guide me how apply for re-cross of my wife in JMFC court? My DV case is in process.
