Q)sir my wife is harassing me by filing complaints on police station in her native place in the period of 4 months. should i approach ssp of the city and apprise him my problem

COURT ORDER TO GAVE MAINTENANCE AMOUNT 4000 PM TO MY WIFE IN DEC. 2014 THE CASE IS IN COURT FROM APRIL2013. THE BALANCE AMOUNT IS ABOUT 1,30,000 AND I WAS PAID ABOUT 85000 FROM THESE SIX MONTHS BUT LAST 45 THOUSAND REMAINS MY WIFE APPLY FOR NBW WARRANT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, BECAUSE OF THIS MY ECONOMICAL CONDITION IS GOING LOW, I AM NOT WORKING WITH FIX SALARY, I AM DOING COMPUTER REAP-AIRING ON CALL BASIS. PLEASE GIVE ME THE PROPER SUGGESTION. BECAUSE I HAVE NO FIX SALARY, HER LAWYER ALSO SAID ME THAT GIVE 5 LACKS FOR DIVORCE OTHERWISE WE WERE APPLY FOR ADDITION IN MAINTENANCE AMOUNT. I HAVE TOW DAUGHTERS ONE IS WITH ME 12 YRS. AND OTHER 7 YRS. IS WITH HER.

IF WOMAN RECEIVED ENTIRE STRIDHAN AND DOWRY ARTICLES. AS PER SECTION 125 CR.PC. IS SHE ENTITLED FOR INTERIM MAINTENANCE ?

Hii. I was married in 2013 but cant adjust even a single day because of her nature. I left her and moved to diff city filled divorce case in after 1 yr. Then in the proceedings she use to come sign her presence and use to go she dont utter a word. Judges have failled asking her wen u also dont like her why dont you agree for divorce she dont says abything.wecnever had any kind of relation neither sexual nor emotional. From last 1 & half yrs this is happening she dont want to live with me but even dont consent for divorce.she is mentally torturing me like anything even developing sucudal tendencies she made me away from my family also. And now from last 2 counselling sessions she is being continously absent. She lives in the same city where the proceedings are done and on the counselling day when consellor calls her she says i was not aware befire i cant come give date after 2 months ..i use to travel alnost 2500 km to attend proceedings and she cant travel 5 km. Same hapoens in court. Earlier she use to say i will giv divorce when my sister will be married its being 9 months her sister married. I dont understand why she is delaying. She neither says anything neither divorce nor anything.
She had never spoken to me neither i want to see her face i hate her like anything her character her face her wittyness and cunning nature all repel me. But then to i dont want to allegate a women so dat she may never find any1 in future but she is compelling me to. Her parents said 1 yr if you want to keep anyother relation keep as many as u can but she will also be dere.i said i am human being not animal and if divorce is done her life cud be settled even i will move on. But like dis we are spoiling. Is there no way a man can get divorce its jus going from date to next i have spent almost 1.5 lac on travelling. What she wants no one knows.plz guide i am harrashed.
Now from almost 6-7 months i am seeing som1 and want to marry her but if she delays like this her parents will make her marry and i will end up.

- marriage on - december 2010
- 2012 my wife done 125 maintenance case
- since 2013 i am sending her money order as per my capablity Rs.2000/- and sometimes Rs.3000/- for my daughtr and wife (she is continuously refusing every time)
- i work as a typist and earns Rs.5000/- approx per month
- my medical and rent are also there which i have to face
- but suddenly on 2014 november i got interim order of Rs.3000/- with previous arears of total Rs.24000/- (but the 125 maintenance case date extended, she absents in court)
- then I paid Rs.10000/- by small installments of 5000 each
- but still i am sending her Rs.2000/- (she refuses) but comes at court to get the interim pay (my home to court distance about 190 km, my friends are saying she harrassing me)
my question is-
after getting the full interim order of 24000, i think she will again proceed to court for the next interim order (but still she refuses my money orders)
i think she is harrasing me as refusing the money orders and calling me to the court for interim installments (as my home distance is about 190 km)

I got married with one of relative in july 2015. But very next day girl return to her parents as her parents were threatng of suicide. Now she doesnt want to come back. My qtns is if i file rcr case and
if i win rcr case, and then too she refuse to return my home, wht will happen :
1 does she has right to file divorce and marry another man
2 does she has right to demand maintainance?

dear experts,
Wife filed a Maintenance petition at her place and husband filled Divorce petition at his place .now wife filed a petition for transfer of Divorce petition in a district Court which is neither her place nor husband .why she filed the transfer petition in the district i am not able understand.cant we file a counter in the district court to reject the same kindly advice on this.
one more thing sir, a sub court given Divorce to the husband along with payment of ALIMONY of Rs.1,00,000/- and another court given for the same maintenance to her 2,000/- per month.for which we have to prefer an APPEAL. paying ALIMONY enough to avoid payment of maintenance.kindly give me the suitable advice on the above both the situations. thanq in advance dear experts.

Christian marrying a hindu
Hello,
My friend, who is Hindu, is going to marry a Christian guy. She is only child and grew up in a joint family. She read somewhere that the girl can loose her claim over family property if she marries outside her religion. Please provide insights on the same. Also, should they get married under special marriage act and which religion their children will follow, legally.
