Dear Sir,
my wife has filed divorce case on cruelty and petitioner evidence has closed.
I have 2 query :
How to submit whats app messages in the court as judge is saying to call service provider.Also, there are pictures & video from family function but judge is saying original device is required on which it was saved and has told to submit all the other documennts in original.
if my wife withdraws her petition on respondent evidence stage, is it allowed and can she again use the same cruelty ground for filling case after some time.

Divorce decree was awarded in Oct 2014. Re-marriage is in Dec 2015.
When registering the second marriage, do I need to attach all 4-5 pages of the judgement along with the Divorce Decree or, just the divorce decree?
My divorce decree has spelling errors which were corrected by the court (I have the application and subsequent judgement to correct spellings as well)and the copy is stamped with "Certified True Copy". Do I need to get this attested again, or will this be enough?

Respected Members,
My grandmother bequeathed a property to my father through a registered will about 25 years ago, my father has a elder brother and a sister, my fathers elder brother died about 15 years ago, about 2 weeks ago my father too died.
Now only my fathers sister is alive, will my fathers sister get any share in the said property, as per Mohammedan law for the will to work my fathers sister needs to give her consent BUT for the last 25 years she didn't asked for her share in the said property, will the 'limitation act' work in this case, my father sister didn't claimed her share for the past 25 years which means my father became the absolute owner of the said property is it possible ?
NOTE: The said property was gifted to my grandmother by her sister, it wasn't sold to her. My grandmothers sister had adopted my father so she gifted the property to her sister as an act of kindness that it should be given to her adopted son after he grows up.

About fifteen years ago, my wife was staying with me and my two children. At that time, when I went to office, she immediately dressed up well and made good makeup and left the house leaving both the children alone daily. I discovered that she was involved in prostitution. When I made question about it to her, she left the house in my absence and did not return back. After 4-5 months, she lodged a F.I.R. u/s 498A and 406 blaming nine persons of my family for Dowry and torture and a maintenance case u/s 125 against me. Please note that she is a practicing lawyer in Delhi Courts now. At the time of charge framing in the F.I.R. u/s 498A and 406, 8 persons except me were not charged by the court and the case is going on. Now, I found in porn websites, lots of naked photos and sex movies had been uploaded by her friends/customers. I think all these films were prepared by her customers by using spy camera and were loaded on porn sites and getting a good money from the sites. Can any action be taken by me legally against my wife and her customers as these films and photos are deteriorating my reputation in the society as I am a wellknown professional and till date, there is no divorce between me and my wife but we have not met each other since last 13 years?

If someone file a case sec 9 to back his wife and in reply wife family file a case of dowery and domestic voidance. In that condition , will husband have benefits?

my wife has filed false complaint on me and my mother under IPC 498a and 325, and the police has left us u/s 41 (1)A and now the case has forwarded to court and the court is about to issue us the first summon in few days but we are not mentaly prepared, so please tell me can we avoid this summon or not? if can so please tell what will the futher action by court

Without taking divorce from me my wife is leaving with his second husband with changing her name from the last 16 years and is heaving children's from the loin of his second husband. On the other hand she is taking maintenance from me under sec 125 crpc. The second husband is died in a road accident. But in the court she denied that she is heaving any child or she has contracted second merriage. Divorce case filed by me is still pending in the family court.
Now I want to file a case of 494 and 420 against her and the other persons who help her in contracting this merriage. But the question here is:-
(1) can I file the case under sec 494 and 420 through police FIR or it has to be filed through court.
(2)Is this case time bared as the marriage was contracted 16 years before and the child was born 14 years before.
Pl explain

DVC partly accepted and high maintenance awarded to daughter only, for her nothing. Then I filed in district court to reduce the maintenance to daughter and got interm which is little less and I am paying it. she also filed as she is not getting any thing from DV from 2013, which is pending in district court.
Can she file other cases like 125 and any other now also? 498a acquitted in 2013.

Adoption deed problem
Respected Expert,
I was born on 12/08/1993. My father's Name is "XYZ" and mother's name is "PQR". Due to some case my father died in 1997.So my birth certificate contains my father's name "XYZ" and mother's name is "PQR". After that i have been adopted in the year 1999 to the elder brother of my natural father. During that time my age is 6 years.They have adopted me and make an affidavit of this. So my father and mother name changed in educational marksheet. Now my father name is "ABC", and my mother name is "KLM". Now the adopted father also died in the year 2004.
I have applied for passport and they are
asking me for the adoption deed. Due to the MEA act my adoption deed is now not been made because i am adult now which has an age of 23. All my educational marksheet, PAN card, AAdhar Card, Voter's Id contains the name of my adopted father and mother. The law states that the adoption deed should be made before the age of 15. I have make an affidavit of both my mother's mentioning all the details about adoption.
So all the respected expert please provide me all the possible solution because i am placed in one of the MNC and they are asking me for the passport.
