Wife had filed for divorce on some grounds but family court dismissed the same after trial since she didn't even try to prove her allegations.
Now, husband wants to file for divorce on ground of metal cruelty. So, can she repeat the same allegations/grounds which she used in dismissed petition in fresh counter also?

I married to a canadian citizen (contract marriage) in 2011 to get canadian permanent resident..but that lady ditched me and i didnot got any visa.However, in order to apply visa i annouced that marriage in india and updated my passport with her name as my spouse. Now i really got married in 2014. So please advise hiw can i update my current wife's name as my spouse. The difficulties are how to get divorcee certificate when i dont have any touch with my previous spous who lives in Canada and none of my marriage is not registered in indis yet.

Sir How can I get my name changed in my Passport issued in India ?
Can I get my name changed in my passport abroad also where I am residing presently ?
Secondly can I get an affidavit prepared and signed by Notary Public from any place in India other than from place of my residence ?

Dear sir,
My friend got Devorce from first wife and got married with another lady after Devorce.but he have a kid from second wife before Devorce from first wife so my query is this comes under bigamy or he is safe as per law,

my wife has filed my old salary slip photo which she had taken thru her phone without my knowledge and permission. will it be accepted as proof.
2. in one of the more recent one salary statement ,some of the sentences are cutted out on borders. but still is it valid?
3.i heard that thru rti also she can get my itr return is it allowedd/
4. she herself earns double than me, is she still going to get maintainance?
5. one of her friend works in administration block of my office. if she provides her with copies without my knowledge can i contest.
my lawyer says we cant do anything but to let her o it?

This query is regarding my sister .my brother in law filed a divorce case against my sister n got an ex parte decree a year before.But my sister came to know about it after one year.My sister lives in her in laws house,now her husband is forcing her to leave the house as he have ex parte decree now..what my sister should do now

Sir,
I have filed appeal petition for divorce at high court and pending (lower court denied divorce). She file maintenance case under 125 Crpc and now progress. A child is with her. I have constructed a house (Self) before marriage using home loan and now I am paying EMI regularly. Now I am decided to sell out the house due to over debt problems. The house can be sold after clearing bank dues.
In this situation,
(i) whether she can claim share of my property in the 125 crpc or any other case. if so how much %
(ii) In 2010 amendment in marriage, wife is entitled to claim properties of husband. Based on this amendment, whether she can claim share of my property.
(iii). Whether child can claim share of property, if so how much per cent.
(iii) Whether she or child can issue legal notice against my house sale now and after disposal of maintenance case also on claiming property share.

Divorce case
Hi Sir,
My friend got married last year 2014 & His wife stay with him just for 3 days without any relationship. She went to her parents home by snatching all his jewellery. My friend is looking for a divorce & now she is asking for bulk money against that. In first time she has already given a statement in front of court that she don't want to continue but she is denying against her statement. In fact she is not coming for hearing. my frnd put a paper in high court for 38.13-Quashing Petition category but please let us know how much time all the procedding takes because already 1.5yrs passed. Its a matter of career/health of a young guy.
