I have filed dv interim order appeal ,but the lower court asked me to pay arrears of maintenance which I paid . Wife has not appeared yet in my appeal . What is the fate of appeal then ,will appeal court ask wife to return the executed interim arrears amount of one lakh?
Please can someone guide me this ,I need to know this urgently.

Dear Lawyers,
I got married to one Kerala girl in 07/2013 and after that immediately she started torturing me and my mother. She even forced me to become pregnant and tried to commit suicide two times so I was very scared and in August 2013 we came to know that she is pregnant. she left me on Oct 2013 and living with baby and her parents there only. Now she lodged a fake case against me and my mother. She has no proof of anything, but most of her allegations can be denied by me since I have proofs in email I'd that I was in contact with her. Also I remember the dates of she travelling to Kochi via flights and train. So can you please help me if those proofs I can use to justify myself? Because she has lodged a complete package of lie in petition. Me and my mother r innocent. My mother just stayed with her for 2 days and not more. Will judge ask Airport and railway department for ticket details and dates of registration? Please guide. I have my posting date due on this 16 Feb

Cannot group of Lawyers can make such laws against such false cases for women who harras their husband mentally and than become cow when lodging a complaint? It is very unfair for Hindu man and his family. Most of the cases I have seen are generous family members

Dear Friends,
I got married 5 yrs back, till last march 15 my wife & i were staying together, march 15 she went away with my in laws along with 2 years kid, during 4 years staying together all types of fights already undergone.
from march, my in laws & my wife no one tried contacting me or my parents & instead started spreading wrong rumors, i tried 2 settle in all the way, but failed, finally oct 15 i filed suit for divorce mentioning the cruelty grounds, after getting the notice from court my wife tried to put DV case & 498, but failed as our case already was initiated & based on this no FIR was registered. After that my in laws & my wife approached us & asked to stay together. I put up my conditions that wife & in law should give affidavit accepting there mistakes & never to repeat.
They accepted but didnt do anything, now there version is they are ready to give hand written letter mentioning 2-3 lines, my wife also now trying to pamper me by child.
At this point i am also feeling to give one chance to my wife just because of my 3 year son,
Please advice what step should i take so as to ensure future safety of me & my parents,
if i my changes, good for me but i want to come back with all safety precautions

Hi,
My father-in-law passed away seven years back in chennai. He was working there but his family was residing in mumbai. The hospital provided death certificate of chennai. Do i have to register his death certificate in mumbai BMC or that certificate is enough any where in india. what should i do if there is any procedure

I am leaving with my guardian along with my mother from last 10 years, but he is not my actual father. My actual father and mother are seprated and right now i am is with my mother. Let me tell you that my mother and guardian not married. Now if my guardian is accepting me as a adopted son so can i enjoy the benefits in my Guardian's property.

Divorce and maintenance
I've been walking for divorce since 2014...case is running,I just filed I want divorce from my Husband as I'm not having proper family life. He suied mental illness against me.both are in family court. Now..and addition to that he had filed maintenance case against me,telling I've taken jwellwry and went...bin initial.case this was not there. The majntance case was filed after few months. I just want divorce from him.let judgement goes on his favkyri also.but issue is whether divorce will b allowed only if there is decision comes on maintanece issue, whether ive to give it
Pls help me. Lots of marriage is coming for me.but I've to finish this first
