Sir,, an FIR IS REGISTERED 4 months ago against me and my mother. Now women cell has put a challan 498,,406 . I have availed ant. Bail already...what will happen now...any fear of arrest or not.....what procedure will happen now..pls reply

i sir/mam.can u please tell me that me and my sixth cousin sister can get marry legally?we both share same surname.but as far as our knowledge we are sixth cousins and beyond our knowledge greater than that.Our parents are not agreeing.I read the act of hindu marriage,there they have given from paternal side upto 5th cousins or sapindas we cannot marry.but I don't have proper knowledge of that.I think we do not fall in sapindas or in prohibited relationship.
can u please tell us a way to marry legally?

I got arrange marriage in June 2015. In laws wants to marry sister in law in another caste. My family and other relatives is completely opposing this relation as the whole family will get disturb but my wife and in laws making pressure to join and ignore inter caste subject. Due to this we are also getting threat for false case and other wrong things. Kindly suggest how to save family members from false allegations and court case and get divorce.

Hi,
We are married together for 1.2years. Am not happy with her from day 1. She has no problems from me but I don't like her behaviour or her mood swings or anything about her. I have tried to compromise but am not able to live with the fact that i am married to her. She isn't willing to get a divorce. But I am insisting. She has completed her BE in CS and can get very good job than mine. What are my chances of getting a divorce and what all am going to lose in wealth. Am from Bangalore, Karnataka

see for past 5months i am wasting my life in court .in my matter i am only petitioner but i went to court one time only first hearing 2,3,4 hearing i didnt go .but finally 5th hearing feb-11-2016 on ponamalle high court in the name of sandhya .my lawyer telling me not to come to court this time also .here my doubt is if i dint go this time also what will happen nullity of marriage will be given without my presences.then my lawyer has signing every time that i am coming to court only how this can happen?? did they check any blood or DNA result for conclusion.
if i not go to court means what will happen please clear me

Dear EXPERTS
Please give suggestions and yours experts advice on my following queries, I also attached lower court order regarding this
1) Can wife file case against husband of IPC 494,498,420 and HMA section 17 directly in court without approaching police station (place where the second marriage solemnised).
2) Can file case anywhere in maharashtra state.
I also paste para from court order in which hounable judge mention this.

During appreciation of the evidence it is evident that the petitioner solemnized a second marriage with one Kanchan and gave birth to a son namely Ajinkya. The respondent shall take appropriate criminal action against petitioner as per S. 17 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955. Accordingly the petitioner has failed to prove the petition hence I pass the order as under :

[1] The petition is dismissed. [2] The decree be prepared accordingly.

Can get pension after conviction
Dear Sir,
one of my relative convicted under IPC section 494 having two wives at time.he has already retired from government job and getting pension since his retirement.my query is this,he is eligible for getting pension or not.
