Hello all,
Is working wife entitled for interim maintenance even if she is earning 50000 pm which is sufficient for sustainment but instead she is asking more to maintain same status which husbands has because he earns many times more?
I am looking for some Delhi high court or supreme court judgements which can be referred?

I am 28 year old...meri sagaai feb 2012 me hui thi...after 6 month mene apane mangetar ko apane past k baare me bataya tha..nov 2012 me humari shadi hui ..than hum usa chale gaye...ve har dusre din bolte ki tu kuch chupa rahi h sab clear kar de...ek din mene apane physical relationship mere x k sath tha bataya...or sari baat batyi ki me usse shadi karna chahti thi par halat ese hue ki sab bikhar gaya..is baare me sab bata diya...unhone bhi support kiya or hum normal rahne lage...par unka shak mujh par se khatam nahi hua..unhe humesha yahi lagta ki me unse kuch chupa rhi hu..mere x ko mail msg call karti hu. Or mujhe imotinally pressurize karte the ki me or batau..vo mujhsse kuch bhi share nahi karte bas yahi kahte tu bata kya delete kiya tune.....hum india aa gaye..karib ek saal se hum alag alag rah rahe h...unhone indore me case file liya divorce ka..or dhamki bhi di ki humari chapaal gees jayegi vaha roj aa k agar mene sign nahi kiye...ground yahi ki unhe dhoka diya and chup chup k msg kiye..jabki mera usse shadi k baad koi contact nahi h..or mere pati k paas bhi koi saboot nahi h...mene depration me aa k suicide note bhi likha...to unhone usse bhi court me diya yah bol k ki mene dhamki di thi ki usa me fasa dungi....mujhe ab kya karna chahiye?or yeh bhi bola tumne mujhe dhokha diya me tumhe ek rs bhi nahi dungia

I am 38 years married man since 2007
Me and my wife never stayed together due to education when time came we couldn't handle each other also my family was having problem with her behaviour
Today it's been almost 2 years we are not in talking terms and not staying together my kids are with her she is not willing to give I have one daughter and one son. I don't want to break any bond of brother and sister so I want them to be with their mother.
But she has decided never to give divorce.
These days courts is giving its decision more on females word what should be done in this case
Kindly help me out

My Divorce in process, meanwhile she filed DVC, court issued order FLW, my lawyer didn't inform me, one day he filed discharge pitation because we have submitted the proper evidence but we where too late.what will happen if discharge pitation rejected.court ordered for maintance of 6000/pm which my salary not allows me.

Learned Counsels, Brief History is that It has been more than 3 years since I filed Divorce case on ground of Adultery & cruelty. Custody of my children (boys aged 11,8,5 years) is with me as we live separately since 3 years. There were also many violent, abusive etc incidents with myself & children due to which children totally de-attached with their mother. Police complains & photos of these incidents are already on record of Family court. Police also did preventive action against her U/S 107 of Crpc after these incidents in which Children were horrified & slept weeping without food. As she misbehaved in classroom, she was restricted by Family court to enter the school of children. She even did False police case on me & my mother U/S 307, 323 etc in which B-Summary final report was filed by Police & accepted by court 4 months back. So to sum it all a lot of Conflict & bitterness has been in our relationship & she never bothered to not make children a part of it. Children has clearly told court that they don't want to meet her, but court against all odds ordered for monthly two hour assess in court premises. The youngest child even does not recognize her. Post separation, the children have moved ahead & are well settled in our Joint family setup.
BIG QUESTION: We are just on verge of settling MCD terms in about two days in which she will give away her right of access / custody against Permanent Alimony etc.I want to know if a wife can deviate from MCD terms later & file a fresh false case for Access of Children or enhancement of Maintenance even after Final Alimony has been paid on pretext of change in circumstances to extract more money from us or for other wrong reasons. I want advice about how i can safeguard future life of myself & children from her so that we don't have any type of contact with her & we don't get to see the Family court again.

My lady Clint filed a complaint against her in laws in dv agility sec 12. Respondent in laws appeard before court and gave application to lower court to frame preliminary issue. the application to freme preliminary issue is rejected. Respondent moved to high court against order. Now what to file against this order spl before high court or appeal in dv act sec 29?

We had adopted a child from a relative at the time of his birth and we had adopted him with the mutual consent but no legal deed was executed at that time and since then child is living with us and he is 2 year old. But now we want to change his biological parents names to oour names on the birth certificate.
PLEASE tell me the exact and easy method for this ?

Dear All,
I will tell my full case and life history later. One more thing my English is not good please help me. I am working in government department. Now i want some rules and laws about family court and DV Act.
One married non divorced women (having son, daughters and grand daughters) created some fake documents listed below.
1) Notary bond like we are married before 9 years with my sign as drawn that bond
2) Residence Certificate for her with my name as a husband name.
3) Voter ID card with my name as husband
4) Adhaar Card with my name as husband
5) She dont have any divorce order with her 1st husband (i dont no how many) She telling in court she was Reserved Caste so they are separated by local panchayat that is like divorce. (This thing court will accept)
These documents they are created after some fake complaints closed by local police.
6) 2 or 3 False witness created for me and she are lived as husband and wife in some slum area.
7) She dont have any marriage photo (Because no marriage was done and not lived with her) or any other evidence.
Now my question is 1) these are things enough to tell i am a husband of her
2) In DV Act she included my father mother and siblings also, how can i remove the names of my family members from DV case?
3) Can i go to High Court for Quash the DV Case?
4) DV court judge was transfered last 2.5 years only hearing & family court case only going on and she changed 3 lawyers in between that all are they ask for time to study the case, my lawyer doing something but he was not give pressure to close the case? what can i do for this?
5) Now my lawyer filed interim petition to Aquitaine the petition of her. They are inquired me. That is the stage now. Further What will happen in the court? What can i do? My lawyer not telling full picture?
6) I am fear about DV case only that was with my family members also suffer for me please help me

Urgent need answers about marriage & dv act?
Dear Experts,
I want some query about the marriage and DV Act. Please answer me.
1) A married and divorced women having grand daughters and son can ask for rent/alimony from the second husband means they dont have any children that children are from 1st hub? Yes / no Plz give any rule or law how?
2) For SC / ST people they can got divorced from gram panchayat with one letter we are divorced, that divorce letter can be acceptable by court as a divorce order?
3) Above said 2nd point that women after got divorce from gram panchayat she married a man before notary public and make a bond for marriage that can be acceptable as a marriage by court?
4) Police FIR case final report says that women and me not lived with livein relationship but social welfare officer says she made field enquiry we are lived in livein relationship (i think they are created by two or three false witness) which report court accept and what can i do further?
5) From above said 4th point of my condition if i go for quash the DV act to High Court can i get +ve result? Because now i am working 800Km away from my trail court. i cant attent every hearing.
6) In DV act case she filled she was the legal wife it can be acceptable? with Voter ID have my name as hub name?
7) In my true conscience i was not did any adultry with her and i was not lived in livein relationship they are made 4 fake documents and 3 false witness for money. What can i do in DV act shall i face trial or quash to HC?
