My marriage was held on 25-june-2007 and wife left in may2008 after that i tried many efforts to get her back but no luck hence i filed a divorce petition at pune in that Rs 15000 interim maintenance ordered from 2012 and the total arrears is now 7 lacs out of which i paid 50000. she file crpc 125 and DV also. now she is not ready to comeback and for divorce also she wanted to harrass me till my age shall reach to 45 now my current age is 38 yrs and dont have any kid. she is demanding 35lacs for divorcee which i dont have.she had to auction my 2 acres agriculture land if i not paid remaining arrears amount immediately and amended 7/12 extract. she also demanding interim menantenace under crpc 125 and DV cases.
I am totally fed up of all these bullshits cases. kindly suggest what to do next??
can i withdraw my divorce petition?so that interim maintenance 15k/month will stop.OR.
Can i file a WRIT to stop/modify this maintenance under divorce case?
she is not giving me divorce not coming back pls advice correctly as per genuine laws.
in above matter interim maintenance order has been passed from year 2012 and from 2012 total arrears as of today is 7.5lacs outof which i paid only 50k.there is already much delay now and even if i go for revision/modification then i don't think it will reduce much and for this revision and modification again too much time will be lost so this is not liked to me.
is there any way around to expedite my divorce cases immediately and wanted to stop this maintenance if possible. I m ready to give her in oneshot lumpsum amount of 10 to 15 lacs but she is not ready she is demanding 35 to 50 lacs.

Me and my wife are living separately for two and half yrs. She doesn't wanna get back. I need divorce and move on with my life. I belong to a middle class family and dont have a very sound financial backing. What's the procedure that i should follow so that I can go through the formalities with minimum expenditure?

Sr I am law graduate registered in your portal,serving in Army,undergoing trial since 03 years,want divirce from wife being cruel beaviour of her n her parents.but no evidence has been produced by them yet n I hv not filed any counter case,there motto is to make case lengthy so that I am unable to remarry n keep on drawing maint money.plz guide how to quicker get rid of problem

My father has a register will ..who is alive n is owner of the property ie ...of a flat for my sister ....1.what's the legal validity of it in case the current occupants ie my elder brother ..does not vacate it ...2. Do we need to get it registered in case there is problem in future or its good enough legal ground.thanks in anticipation.

Dear Sirs,
I would like to request for your kind advise on a query. A woman had earlier prayed for Rs. 15,000 maintenance in DV Act in her petition. The case is still in progress. Now she has proved that the husband is earning Rs. 1,00,000 per month with sufficient documentary evidence. She wants to pray for increased maintenance amount upto Rs. 30,000. Kindly advise whether she needs to amend her main petition as per CPC or she can just pray the same in arguments either by verbally or through writing. Kindly advise if it is necessary to amend the main petition by mentioning Rs. 30,000 instead of Rs. 15,000.
Your kind help is highly appreciated.

My wife put cases like 498A DP Act ,DV act for maintenance on me on ,arch 2012 ,
I have filed FIR on her on March 2016 because of her false affidavits in all the courts during maintenance stage she had given false affidavits on her employment and finally it got proved in the court that she was working .
She filed for divorce in November 2015 in the family court asking for 50 lakhs alimony ,
now i came to know that My wife is in relationship with a man from the past 14 months ,her parents and my wife and this man all are staying together in a different city .
I have followed her along with my 3 friends and we all seen their walk ,shopping and going to parks
So i have few documentary evidences and also my friends will come to police/court for witness when ever court needed .
I have collected few evidences and address and that man's address full name,mobile number and photo and permanent address .
Also i had got that marriage invitation soft copy through our mutual friend who had attended this un official marriage event at their big house in mysore .
What to do now ? please help me .

Property rights of 6 years old daughter after second marriage of wife who have custody of daughter and wife transfer second husband's name after daughter's name.

I am Hindu.
I was separated after 4 years of marriage and got section 498a and section 125 from my wife after separation.
We deed divorce agreement by social/society tradition on zero amount of settlement and custody of daughter with wife, without any claim of daughter’s rights on property on responsibility of wife. All cases withdrawal by her. As per divorce agreement we can do second marriage after agreement and give complete support without any excuse to submit mutual consent divorce case as per deed.
Then after wife done second marriage without getting divorce decree of court. I sent notice for the same but she was not coming at that time for getting divorce decree on mutual consent. Then after she was transfer her name to the second husband from ration card and admit daughter in school to the husband's city. She had also transfer her name and daughter's name in social/society's book under her second husband's family list.
Now I decided to submit case to get divorce decree by Section 7 B of Family Court Act and submitted in Family Court on the ground of divorce agreement, certificate of society's president for present at time of deed and change name of her and daughter in book of society.
The stage in Family Court is now that she refuse her second marriage not done and refuse the responsibility of daughter's rights at the time after minor age on property which responsibility accepted by her in divorce agreement. But she give consent for divorce decree in her answer to the Family Court.
Other stage of proceedings are pending, after answer of her in the court.
Now I want advice that what to do for secure future from this kind of situation. I am able to collect and submit more evidence and witnesses of her second marriage and admission of daughter in school.
My personal care and efforts are very high in my all cases. So, it makes me a little lawyer without degree but knowledge have no end and valuable suggestion of others and discussion is the best knowledge for the person who have to improve knowledge. If anyone have courts citation then suggest me.
Please give me your invaluable advice. Appreciate yours efforts in writing suggestions.

Main apni mother ke sath unke ghar main rehti aai hu mere father ke apne 2 ghar hai ek main woh apni dusari biwi or son ke sath rehte hai or ek rent pe diya hua hai . mere father ne jab se mujhe or meri mother ko apne ghar se nikala tha tab se aaj tak koi maintenance nahi diya or nahi koi care ki hai . meri mother ki death 2009 main ho gai thi mere father mujhe bilkul bhi help nahi karte nahi mujhe pasand karte hai . meri study ke liye bhi unhone kuch nahi kiya mujhe or meri mother ko job karke apne liye cheeje juttani paadi hai . meri mother ki death ke baad se mere father meri mother ke ghar se mujhe nikaal dena chahte hai unka bolna hai ki ye property unhone meri mother ko kharid ke di thi after her death ispe unka or meri elder sister ka haak hai jiski shaadi 2005 main mere father ne kar di . I ask so many lawyer they said usmain mera bhi right hai but mujhe property ka half share meri sister ko dena hoga but mere pass money nahi hai or ager main ghar ko sale kar deti hu to rehne ko koi apna ghar bhi nahi rahe ga. Mere father mujhe apni khud ki property main se kuch bhi nahi dena chahte because he said ki woh unki self acquired property hai . mujhe nahi pata ki woh self acquired property hai ya nahi mujhe ye pata laggane ke liye kya karna hoga or ager woh self acquired property nahi hai to kya main claim kar sakti hu. Process to get maintenance for my mother
Hi Sir,
My mother is staying with me, and my brother is not taking care of her, she want to get maintenance from my brother, can we go to court or RDO to submit the petition?
