Position of associate member in society after the death of original member

i wish to appoint my son as a associate
member in my housing society i wish
to know what will be his position after my death whether he will still continue as member or he will cease
to be associate member, what will be the position of my share remaining after part transfer in favor of assosiate member after appointing a associate member whether i can still do nomination of some other
person for my flat.

Sir,

A member ceases to be an Associate member upon the demise of the original owner member.

The member whose name appears first in the share certificate can file a nomination form.
