I have married 2.5 years back. we were together for 1 year. We were lived separately from my family.
after one year due to some family issue she left from my house. Since then me and my wife are staying separately.(from the last 1.5 years)
I tried many times to bring back her. but her parents did not allow me to speak and get back her.
Now she filed 498a, DV and section 3, 4 on me and my family. Also She filed section 354 on my brother.
Initially they spread rumor that I am impotent, when I gave a strong reply they stopped that.
Now My Wife, wife's mother and brother was spreading a rumor that I have an affair with my own sister. We have audio recording evidence for that.
I have below questions.
What counter cases I/my sister can file with above recording evidence.
She never stayed with my family. how can I exclude my family from the case.
How to get my brother out from section 354 case
Do I have any issue If she want to comeback and If I wont accept as she failed false case.
If she want to return back, and I accept,.. what all the precautions I need to take care to avoid future false case filing.
Can I say that, I cannot take back her until the case is closed.

Hi Sir/Madam, I have a friend who want to take divorce from his wife, they are just 2 years married and have a 6 month baby. My friend's main concern is her wife does not have any interest in him,, meaning she does not have any concentration over him and she does not have any kind of love or affection towards him, even in bed. She used to say "I don't like men at all, I don't like to sleep with you(meaning having sex with you), I don't like to live with you, I can live without sleeping with you for lifetime- is it possible for you to live like that etc". Moreover she does not talk, laugh or play, she lives entirely in her own world-internet, calling aunts, amma, laptop etc. Whenever he needs her, he approaches her and get satisfied but the same is never from his wife which annoys him the most. She never approaches him. Moreover she likes to live with her mom, therefore she lived there 15 out of 24 months at her mom's residence in this 2 years of time. My friend is telling she has zero interest/likeness in sex and she never been attentive towards him in any matter- work, inside & outside home. My friend showed a lot of love towards her at first, but day-by-day he is losing interest on her and now he is looking for divorce. Can he get the divorce for this reason.

My wife who had deserted for 1 year now me after knowing that I am suffering from a brain disorder which got detected after 3 years of marriage, and from her maternal home she had filed a false DV case to which we will be filing our reply, kindly suggest what steps should i take now going forward?

Sr Iam undergoing trial in 498a which is totally fabricated case since last 3 years n no single evidence yet has beeen produced,how can I get ot of case ,I hv not filed any counter case and i dont want to bring her back,I am paying maint n hv two childwith wife

What is the annulment of marriage? This is in regard to seek help, recently I visited to my family in Pune, from my wife bedroom there was cigarette packet. She is staying with her mother and kid. I was not having job since 5 months. I was for searching job Bangalore Hyderabad. Now I am in Mumbai. Every expences she forced me to bear during the tenure though she was working with 34,000/- PM. From last week 4 week I am unable to express or seek help or how to act on unacceptable thing which caught in home. I asked also the kid , is anyone came in home. He said no. If she is smoking how and what to question. I am unable to accept these unsocial behaviour

My wife is living with her parents for nearly 1.5 yrs. I have filed RCR petition .Now my wife is ready to stay with me but not with my parents. She is agreed to stay with me if i manage a rental house for her. But i dont want to leave my own house. Previouly, 1 yr ago she tried to commit suicide when she was staying in my house. I dont know the exact cause behind her that attempt. But she is saying tht her life is not secured here, at my house. So she cant stay here with my parents. Is there any way to force her to stay with my parents? I dont want to leave my parents. So what should i do?

I divorced my ex wife through muslim laws and she took all her gold with her when she left my house.Now she make a case against me i am keeping her gold and did`nt retuned.she produced marrige photo and bills for the proof of her gold.after that i found some gold in my house and retunrned back through 3 witness.So this witness told me that they will come to the court and will tell the truth.
Also her father complaint that he had given me some money for my business,he is lieing and he dont have any proof.
Also i got a photograph of her new marraige wearing the same gold she produced against me.
So please tell me can i win through the 3 witness and her new marriage photos.
also advice her father complaint against me.

Demanding property by second wife from first wife after death of husband living with first wife
I am Hindu.
My Grandfather has three sons: A1(eldest) ,A2 & A3 and three daughters. A1 got married with W1 in 1983. After 1 year he dead & left behind a son B1 and wife. According to family decision now A2 got married with A1's wife. They had then two daughters and one son B2. In the year 1998, A2 married with W2 of another city (city of maternal uncle). He also paid 5 laks rupees to the mother and brother of W2. (No evidence). Due to social and family pressure he left second wife and send back to her mother's home after 1 month. During this period they were living in another house bought by A2. W1 with her 4 children were living with family in the paternal house on the name of grand mother. Meanwhile A2 used to visit second wife 2-3 times in a year.Demand of money from W2 and her brothers went on increasing. Finally A2 realized the fact and left second wife W2 forever. Till then he had lost almost of his savings and land bought by him. We did not have any record and savings of father (A2). He sold two lands purchased by him in 2007 & 2009 and gave the money to second wife and her brother for living. He had a son of age 14-15 years with second wife. (We have not seen him till the death of father). After 2002 they (second wife W2 & her family did not disturb us in any way. But after death of father she along with her son and brothers came to my house, took part in funeral against my family's will. Her brother took photographs of the son and sister with dead body of father. Also took photograph of son of her sister with funeral (providing fire to dead body). When i warned him against it, they returned their home with second wife and her son along with photographs.
Now they are threatening my family on phone to give the property, house and money. According to them Father got married in court and with Hindu riti also.(we have no knowledge)
Since they are from the maternal city of my father and very close to maternal uncles, they did so (second marriage) for the wealth of my father and paternal land property. At initial time they were poor but now they have good property due to my father.
I am the son of A1, but on education certificates and voter i card my father is A2. When i was 1 year old, A1 dead. I and my family did not get any respect & money from my father A2. We were mainly helped from my maternal family. My grandfather was died before the second marriage of Father. I taught students and earned some money, got selected in engineering college. After engineering, took job in central government. I took medical facility for my second father (A2) for treatment of his Cataract , Diabetes and high BP. He was fully dependent on me since 2012 when got paralysis attack. No one from the house of second wife came to meet or helped any more. During 2012 to till date my father did not contacted them at all. They also assumed that now their game of taking money from A2 has over. So they did not visit to my home any more.
But after his death, they suddenly came and demanded for home, property and money. They have good relation with S.P. of his city (another district) according to them.
What is good for me and my family?
