Friend is having living together relationship or married in temple without legal bindings with a married man having living wife can she give his name as spouse in her office if given will she face any problem at the time of retirement his name given as spouse not as nominee for any benidits for clarification please

Does the law of bigamy apply on the man and woman both?? If woman is find the offender of bigamy then what kind of punishment should be given to the woman by court????

I am divorced and remarried again.
My daughter from earlier marriage aged 6 years is studying in school.
Her birth certificate contains name of her biological father and mine.
Now when i remarried and changed my location and admitting my daughter to another school. The school is insisting to use her biological father name.
My presently husband has not adopted my daughter but i have full custody of my daughter as per divorce decree, it is also mentioned in divorce decree that her biological father has no custody on her.
My questions:
1 Can i use only my name in her school certificate. No name of father.
2 Will it affect his study or any thing if there is no father name.

My sister's husband in Maharashtra. obtained ex-party divorce on ground of cruelty without her knowledge. Now family court on her appeal has allowed re-trial in divorce case.
Her husband has said that he will go in Mumbai High Court against this order of "permission to re-trial".
1) Can my sister currently forcibly enter and stay in her husband's house? or she will have to wait for decision of HC (if at all her husband approaches HC)
2) Can she currently lodge Case under DV Act against her husband?
Her Lawyer is advising against lodging DV case. According to lawyer "it will raise suspicion in mind of HC judge that you are only trying to get divorce dismissed for revenge".
Kindly give your opinion.

Can daughter in law go and stay in matrimonial home which father in law claims as self acquired if husband deserts wife and kid without giving notice from a rented home in other city where both of them work. And if th the same home was in joint name with mother in law who expired prior to marriage without will

I have been married for 10 years. For the last 10 years i'am facing physical, mental harassment from my husband and in-laws. Now my 3 year old daughter is their target to make me leave. They don't want to talk to anyone from my family nor want to take divorce. They just want me to go away so later they can say she went away or ran away. My father is verbally abused everyday because he didn't give enough dowry so i get fed up and leave. If i'am hit its mostly on my head so there is no mark to show. I have headaches now because of this and dizziness too. I'am tired of this constant torture please advise what I should do.

My friend married a married man having living wife.28 years back so far no problem lived happily now my friend husband died and my friend is due for retirement on superannuation shortly .she has given his name as spouse to her office .Is there any problem in her pension settlements and is his first wife can file a case against second wife or complaint to the dept where my frienf is working and will dept can take any disciplinary action my friend.kindly give us advise your advise is valuable.kindly keep this as secret

my sister daughter married to a brhiman boy
she belongs to sheduile tribe,husband died recently,she his having one child.
in feature her son will be benifited from govt in ST quote.or not
her mother willing to apply for govt jobs wether she must mention in ST caterigeor or not.kindly advise.

my wife left home 3 times without my permission
My marriage held on april 2015.after 3 month one day my father in law take her to his home.and not came back up to march 2016.after came back she again left home alone without permission at 8 pm.i dont want to stay with her.what i do.
