I got married before 5 months it was a arrange marriage. Boy was not ready he broke the engagement but my family and his family pressurized him for marriage. His father spended 18 lakh on wedding however we spended 6 lakhs. My husband doesn't spoke to me he is in bangalore when ever i call him he tells me that this marriage was forced on him and he is not happy. He doesn't spoke to me. We dont have any physical relation now his parents are forcing him to bring me to bangalore but he is denying. Is there any way i can force him to stay with me and does making physical relationship with him will change him is there any law that if husband wife have physical relationship husband can't file divorce. I want him to stay with me but he is looking for divorce.

My name is lovelesh sharma age 32 years i got married before 4 months to bhavna sharma this marriage was forced on me by my family. I have already said no to the marriage and asked them to called off the engagement. But my parents and girls parent force me into this wedding i have no sexual relation with the girl of any kind neither i talk to her. I left for mumbai for job search after 3 days of marriage .
I am already in a relationship with a girl from past 5 Years. I want to get divorce please help me how to go forward for this.

I did court marriage before 1year, my wife was divorced. But now I known that her previous marriage was also court marriage. And her divorce case is still pending, she cheated with me.
Now she want divorce and asking for POTAGI also.
I'm working in a private company as a assistant.
Before marriage she was working in a beauty parlour.
What can I do?

मैने 1 साल पहले कोर्ट marriage किया था। मेरी पहली शादी है, और उसका डिवॉर्स हूवा है ऐसा उसने बताया था, लेकिन अभीतक उसका डिवोर्स केस कोर्ट में चल रहा है ऐसा मुझे पता चला है। और उसकी पहली शादीभी कोर्ट में ही हुई थी, अब वो मुजसे डिवोर्स चाहती है, और पोटगी का भी क्लैम करुँगी बोल रही है।
मै एक प्राइवेट कंपनी में 10000 की नौकरी करता हूँ। शादी के पहले वोभी पार्लर में कम करती थी।
अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिये???

I am a Muslim and married to a Muslim girl 10 years back and we both have 2 kinds. I am in a relation with a hindu girl since 5 years. Now we both wants to marry. The hindu girl ready to convert as a Muslim to marry me. My parents and hindu girl parents are will to do marriage. What consequences can we face with my 1st wife as my 1st wife is not willing to my 2nd marriage.
Is there any provision in Muslim marriage law and give me suggestion.

my wife is staying with her mother during last 1.5 yrs. I asked for mutual divorce. But she denied. Now i have made RCR petition, as my lawyer advised me it will act as a shield if she files 498A. My wife is now ready to stay with me but not with my parents. She says tht her life is at risk at her in-laws house, becoz previously 1 yr back she made a suicide attempt here .But its not possible for me to leave my parents....my parents are also creating pressure on me to file divorce petition against her....i also want to get rid of her. Can i file divorce petition if RCR fails?what proof and evidence should i need to prove mental cruelty?

The matrimonial appeal (divorce) is pending in high court more than two years. So, can I file speedy trial application in supreme court through e-filing facility? If yes, what will happen if do not appear in supreme court on dates? Will my petition be allowed in my absence since the opposite party/advocate can't object the speedy trial. I'm asking this just because since I'm from south india and its not easy for me to reach there on case dates, also don't want to shell out huge money as advocate fees.

I have approached the family court for taking divorce mutually. As per the agreement between me and the opposite party, the money that I have to receive back from that party was deposited in the family court and as per the agreement I am at liberty to take it immediately once the divorce is granted. But now it is more than a month and I have not received the money yet. The lawyer represented us in this divorce case is the lawyer and the relative of that opposite party. He said he will file the petition to take the money out from the court. But he is doing nothing in that regard. I am in the dire need of money. Earlier the party and the lawyer said Court will immediately give the money once the decree of divorce is given. Now the lawyer says it will take several months time to receive the money. I don't even know whether the lawyer has moved the petition or not. If I have to change the lawyer, I am not in a position to bear the fees again. I am already in financial debt and I have to repay several people. Whether court will respond if I submit the petition on my own through post? By post because I am residing at a different place.

Proof of case pending
Hi,
Due to some reasons, I need to prove to my company that I have a divorce OP pending. How do I do that? I have certified copy of the OP but I don't want to submit that as it contains lot of personal things and also it does not say that the case is still pending.
The court section is refusing to give certified copy of the docket proceedings.
So what can I do to prove that there's such an OP and it is pending in court?
