Sir my name is A. Swarupa rani i got divorce decree in 2015 from my husband as a tripartiate. He took divorce in 2012 but i dont know this bcz i did not receive any notice. By unknowingly i again appealed for divorce but court given me divorce based on my husband divorce decree OP. Now the problem is my name was miss spelled as S. Swaroopa rani in divorce decree, now i am applying for bank jobs based on this divorce decree. So kindly tell me how can i correct this name mistake.

Hi! I am married since 1.5 year and recently have a baby boy too. 6 months back my wife left me by abusing me and my family. Her parent took her with them after a lot of fights at home. Since than she is at her parent home. She filed a complaint against me in caw cell in may month and i attend all dates. In last i offered her a settlement agreement. Which she denied to sign off. I jad clearly told her that i will take her back only if she will sign the document which is a legal clousre of the matter. She has done all this because of the ego and. Under her parent influence. After 1.5 of complain i sent her a section 9 notice. Which she never replied. Now they are planning for FIR. And i have made my mind to get rid of this relationship because of the nature and behavior of my wife and in laws. Please suggest me in this matter and guide me the consequences. They have an eye over to my father's property. How to tackle these tricky people?

in my previous query reply experts gave no suggestion about the affidavit of interim.if i submit my father's death certificate and as i didn't own any property do the court consider the affidavit as a false oath.

Hello sir,
I have married on 15/8/2011 and i have stayed for one year with her.and i have a boy. Ihave married other girl and there is no contact with the first girl and i have not stayed for the past 4 years.I am living with 2 nd wife.My first wife and i both are state govt employes.My second wife had a daughter.
My question is did my second daughter can have right in my ancestors property.what abt my own property.
How can i get divorce?
now my 2nd wife and i am staying with my own family.
without contact with my first wife how many years can i get divorce.
How can i protect with my first wife.

I am govt. employee facing 125crpc.in main petition my income was mentioned as my salary+house rents(ancestral house) + my father's pension the case was settled in mediation she breached the mediation by attempting suicide got treatment in hospital went to the police station from hospital added her statement to the complaint registered by her brother and involved my family members. case was reopened and she filed interim and mentioned again the same income as in MP. but this time my father was expired she knows the fact well during her stay after mediation for almost 20 days and 40th day ceremony was also conduted during her stay. she can't deny the fact. does court consider it a false affidavit.does breaching the mediation helps me in anyway.

Main ek ladke se pyar karti aur humlog 5 yrs se saath hai bt he is married aur hum dono shaadi karna chahte lekin uski wife ready nahi hai divorce dene ke liye and usko sab pata hai aur woh dono 3 mahine se alag alag reh rahe .uski wife keh rahi ki sirf mujhe paise do taaki main apne aur apne batcho ka khayal rakho baaki mujhse matlab nahi .aap advice dein sakte ho ki kya kiya jaye aur kya kya result ho sakte hai..plz advice me..agar humlog shaadi karke dosre city mein rahe toh kya kya results honge mere family ke side se aur uski wife ke side se. Wat problems will they create..for us

Guardianship under muslim

I and my wife had no child since our marriage from 21 years. therefore brother of my wife gave his minor son [3rd number] to us immediately on his birth in 2013. Since then that son is with us. in 2015, my wife's brother and his wife made declaration of guardianship in our favour which is made on notary paper. I want passport of said son. However, passport office asked appointment of guardian by court. please advice me. I am muslim by religion and stay in bombay, maharashtra.
