Dear Sir / madam...
I am having too much of tough times! My wife has deserted me multiple times and was at heights of cruelty through her behavior / deeds with my very old on influence of my mother in law and few of her relatives!
She filed Crpc 125 maintenance on 31-07-15 for 25,000 per month and advance of 100,000. However the Interim order was passed for 5000 per month.
In between this...
1. They assaulted me and my old parents to black n blues for which FIR was filed along with all medical certificates.
2. I lost my job due to physical assault at my office. Gave resignation letter even before filing objection!
3. Gave all the medical certificates about medications and ailments of my father and mother from past 15 years!
Though we gave all this as evidences initially, no use!
4. No counselling or mediation happened!
5. Filed petition on sec. 125 (4) and (5) before 7 months... No objection filed till date!
6. As I couldn't pay IM initially, in my absence... Wife's lawyer managed to issue warrant twice though I paid 20000 initially!
6. 8 months before... NWife's lawyer plays psycological game and had even assaulted, used filthy words on me and my parents. I complained to judge... and the judge warned him and asked to behave himself at court! He asked an apology with me!
Now... Keeping that mind... ( as there are new judges come to court) just to trap me and land me in jail.... He makes false allegations! As they are new judges... Without allowing me to speak.. They shout at me!!! My 70 year old father, 60 year old mother come out in tears!!! My lawyer is good at maintening decorum! Says he can't oppose his own community!!!
Paid balance IM of 60000 last date!
Paid IM up to Date.... But still wife's lawyer not filing evidences! Comea- makes allegations - takes date and GO!
Wife not coming to court from 09 months!!! But enjoying money!
Neither wife coming to live with me, nor her lawyer will file evidence to court and proceed the case further... Just enjoy my money and harass me and my very old parents????
What to do? Job less.! Took loan for interest pledged some gold and managed to pay 60000 last hearing! As warrant was issued!
Took NOC from my lawyer... As he was not cooperating, except come - stand and go type! Only says to pay maintenance on time... but never opposes anything! Very old person!
Please help! I am unable to breath! Knifes at all the directions!
No job, court & cases, old parents, family maintenance, IM, harassments all on one person!
Please help!

My uncle has two daughters. As on date he is alive. He has a self acquired property. He would like to gift to one of the daughters by way of making a will. Whether the other daughter or son-in-law or grand children have any right over the property. Whether they can go to court to claim their share

Respected sir,
1. My relative has informed me that my wife has filed divorce case, but I didn't received any notice.
2. Will court serve the summon if we agree on MCD but I have done in pressure of police and her family.
3. Can I know that really they have filled the divorce case by applying RTI.
4. If they have filed divorce case, can I attain and say the truth.
Please suggest me as soon as possible.

A Muslim husband came to know the fact that his wife was already married in past ,to one who talaq his wife, suppressing this fact the parents of his wife performed her second marriage, now the husband want to come out of this marriage, whether divorce can be obtained on the ground of fraud and cheating or any other ground

My query is that Nominee as a wife in insurance documents and bank accounts is sufficient to prove marriage for bigamay case or it is necessary ceremonial evidence to prove of marriage

if maintenance case runs for three years, then salary of last month is considered or average salary of three years is calculated to get maintenance from date of application?thanks

Whether a married person (male or female) whose divorce case under process can give matrimonial advertisement ,with the remark ’’Divorce Proceedings under process” in Matrimonial Web sites and News Papers? If this is against law kindly provide supporting judgements in this regard.

Sir/mam my husband is earning 50000 or more in a company. But he has shown that he is earning jst 5000 a month. I dont know where he is working at present. I have submitted his previous company's earning details. On the basis of that court has ordered a maintainance of 5000 for me and my daughter of 4 yrs. But he had never paid it. Sir is there any means from where i can get the details of his working . I have his pan card no and xerox. Sir and mam plz suggest.

Cross-exam questions to elicit wife’s independent nature and non-abla-naari status:
Did you study in XYZ college?
Was that college in your hometown or outside?
Assuming it was outside: Did you stay in a hostel then?
Assuming it was in same city: How far was the college from your home? How did you reach college and back home from college? If she says she went by bus, then ask: Did anyone accompany you in the bus like your father etc? If she says no, then you can use that as argument later that if she can finish 3-4 years college course and travel in bus on her own everyday; what stops her applying, taking up a job, and travel by bus on her own now? Has she lost her ability to move out of home, go in bus/auto whatever, do productive things simply because she got married?
