my wife's sister is in unofficial seperation from his husband with her two children in her parents house due to her husbands domestic torture, she did not complain about domestic voilence to police.
my question is can she get any maintenance amount from her husband through court of law with out any divorce.

Husband is makes promise to wife about give 72000 maintenance if she give pursis to court that he is regularly paid maintenance to her every month so he can released from jail which is for not payment of maintenance. So wife make statement as per him in court. But after released from jail. He denied to payment maintenance. So can wife again file case for maintenance ? What is option to received maintenance?

Respectedfully sir, my name is Ashish pal , age 27 frm gwalior (m.p). Main aur meri girlfrnd marriage karna chahte hain. Her age 22 yrs. And we both are of same caste. Maine arya samaj aur court marrg. dono karna chahta hu. Agr main marrg. Krta hu aur jab tak certificate nhi mil jata h , mujhe dar h ki uske father mere ya meri family k upar koi case na karde. Hum dono taiyar h aur meri family bhi. Bas sir, dar isi baat ka h ki certificate milne se pehle uske father koi case na intrepution na kare. Plz sir, give me advice.

Dear expert.
My wife file for maintance stating she is unemployment and passed order for maintance.
I applied In high court that she is doctor working.
And got a stay from high court.
it's experied in November. She said for settlement. And now she changed her mind and appeal for maintance recovery and got flw arreste worrent from lower court.
His father is an advocate in lower court. High court advocate change his mind not proceeding with case. Some thing are been manged and manipulation going on by his father who is an advocate.
Who I can approach, to get justice. Other lawyer is not ready to take my case.
I have an arrest warrant 2nd time. Whom I need to approach.

Dear Experts,
My cousin had applied for permanent custody of his 4 years old daughter and meanwhile applied for interim relief of bringing her twice a week.
After several months, Retiring Judge counseled both the parties and taken a written statement of compromise from both where they agreed for a twice a week visitation right. [ Which was happening earlier by mutual consent but later on stopped by his wife.]
Judge then advised them to give the time to rethink for child's future ( Since divorce was not filed by either of them) and closed the whole case.
Cousin's wife meanwhile applied for case of Maintenance in another court to pressurize him for divorce.
Now, just within a one month and that too when order was passed based on both parties's sign on compromise; how can my cousin roll back and again file for the final custody (without filing divorce) ?
(He also wants divorce but only in the condition if he is given the full custody of her daughter, for which his wife is not agreeing.)

Hope there is no limit in number of queries to the forum which is a goodwill. As per one opinion, it implies that there is limit. Opinions of experts were very much helpful in the past in chalking out my strategy- I am grateful.
CASE:
My daughter-in- law filed for maintenance u/s 12 of PWDV Act in which she had ADMITTED, repeat ADMITTED, paying dowry and huge sum spent in reception etc. (REF: Neera Singh vs. state DOJ 23.02.2007)
WE HAD EARLIER DENIED THE ALLEGATION. MORESO, AS PER HIGH COURT ORDER WHATEVER THINGS SHE LEFT WITH US HAD BEEN HANDED OVER TO HER. As such she had no other way but to accept it even though she had EARLIER REFUSED TO TAKE HER THINGS.
QUERY: ALONGWITH REPLY TO MAINTENANCE PETITION PWDV ACT [as stated in first para above], IN ORDER TO FILE CASE UNDER DOWRY PROHIBITION ACT against her, IS IT NECESSARY TO FILE AN APPLICATION through 156(3) route for investigation by police.
Shall appreciate a response to the point, please

Marriage in 2015 after meeting online matrimonial website
Registration not done till date.
Boy from Jaipur
Girl from Bhopal
Marriage took place in Jaipur
Lived in Jaipur after living in Delhi for few months
Girl left for parents house in 2016.
Can she file Sec 498A case /DV act case
1) In Bhopal - her parents home
2) In Jaipur - marriage place and last residence.
3) Any other place
4) Both the places.
Point is whether she will have to come to Jaipur for filing dowry and DV case. And whether case will be heard by courts in Bhopal or in Jaipur

I am very fear to live with my husband,he said that he is ready to go jail also.once he used to his aunt,she was beating me.so he dnt go to her house but my husband and mother in law not agree with me.my husband behavior totally depends on his aunt.I am so fear to live with him but I dnt leave him bcoz still I love him
