Can any one of you help me if there is any format of guardianship certificate to be issued by the district judge to the Guardian of the Minor. Please its urgently required by the District Judge: If not, can you prepare the certificate for the Guardian to be issued by the District Judge?

What is the primary difference between Guardianship certficate under the Guardian and wards Act 1890 and Succession Certificate under the Indian Succession Act of 1925?

Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, says marriage may be solemnized between any two hindus......... does it mean that marriage can be solemnized between any two male or female hindus? It appears that the act permits lesbian marriage etc?

validity of marriage
A filed divorce petition against B, and after completion of trail and arguments, it was allowed by the Hon'ble senior civil judge court. after completion of apple time A got married with another person C. But B filed appeal before the Appellate court with a petition to condone the delay along with stay petition. And the Appellate court condoned the delay and granted stay on the lower court's decree of divorce.
What is the validity of the marriage between A and C.
