My aunt is having extra material affair with a guy who is already married. Twenty-five year has passed of her marriage. My uncle doesn't knew all this things. My aunt and his mother made my uncle's life hell. she is torturing them to commit sucide and prove that they have made her to do that.
I have some screenshots of Facebook chat, telephonic conversation and some photos. is that enough to prove her guilty.what Will happen if she make some allegations on me for taking revenge.
Please help us on this critical situation

Dear sir, i have been married since 31st aug 2014. After marriage i found she is having physical problem named nulliporus prolapse( impotency ) within a month. And i have taken her medical checkup doctor told me there is chances of getting back normal by surgery at the same time we cannot guaranteed for 100% fit for physical relationship. So she went her home for treatment on october 2014, after that she never come to my home and she told she dont have any issue. I have been tried to bring her back but she refused, so after 2 years 2016 nov, i filed null and void case against her, till the case is going on, she dont want me to have another life so she is extend thw case by avoid hearings, so i taught of complete this case by mutual understanding, but she is expecting too much amount to sign. She is cheated me before marriage because she knows her problem while marraige. I am working in abroad, so her lawer told me he can make to stay in India by filing case against me, and put maintenance, then transfer op like that...so i need an advice is it possible to do such things on null and void case? I spend almost 8 lks for my marriage still i am bachelor and i dnt wana spend again 8lks to solve this case when i knw she is impotent. So the case is 100% favour for me at anycost, i welcome the person who can easily deal with this case..

One year past, my childhood classmate contacted me after obtaining my mobile number from childhood friends group and she started to share feeling and chit chat in mobile call and whatsapp. Due to high school friend i also moved closely and shared my problems and others etc., One day she came to my house and asked me to show my house. When we entered in my room, she offered water. I went to kitchen and bring water. At that time she put her phone in the wardrobe and she started tempted by standing other side of the camera and tried to temp by putting her hand. I also push her on the bed and she offered me to do intercourse. Further, one week later,one day she called me and asked to me to stop messages and calls. After passing one year, she filed a complain at police, police men made a call and asked me to settle the case otherwise case will be filed. What action i have to take at this juncture. What happened everything with the mutual understanding but she initially saved my pics, messages and videos. But, i don know why after lapse of one year she filed this case. I don't know exactly she has video and having only whats app messages. My wife sent also some whats app messages on my behalf.

I filed sec 9 in family court and my wife filed appl u/s 24 for interim maintenance
Learned Ad Judge fixed rs 15000/- as interim maintenance without taking into consideration liabilities of Home Loan and other family members
Now what are the steps to be suggested to taken for this order

I am 27year unmarried woman.. I would like to change my father's title.. My parents took divorced when I was 8 years old.. I didn't see my father and he didn't take my any responsibility.. I was brought up in my maternal grandparents house.. I used my father's title during my childhood.. I would like to change my dad's title & take my mother's title.. But my family told me that I have no right to change it.. Is it true?? I have no fundamental right & can't choose where I am comfortable in my identity.. Plz give me any legal suggestion what shall I do in this regard??

जान से मारने की धमकी, मारपीट, अत्याचार, दहेज की मांग, दुर्व्यवहार, गाली गलौज, चरित्र हनन जैसी घटनाओं का अंजाम मेरे पति, सास और उसके घरवाले के तरफ से दिया जा रहा है, मैं अपने जिंदगी से हार कर ये पत्र लिख रही हु, ताकि मैं मनुष्य होने के अधिकार को पा सकूँ, मैं भी चैन से सो सकूँ, दो वक्त की रोटी खा सकूँ, और एक नागरिक को अपने जीने की अधिकार को पा सकूँ। और वक्त से पहले आने वाले मौत और मेरी संभावित हत्या से बच सकूँ।
मेरी सास के द्वारा अच्छी जिंदगी का सपना दिखा कर, झूठ बोलकर, मेरे पति के द्वारा प्यार का झूठा नाटक कर के, मुझे xxx से दिल्ली लाया गया, मैं भी समाज के सारे बन्धनों को तोड़कर अपने परिवार से विद्रोह कर मैंने श्री xxx से शादी की, शादी का मकसद मुझे तब पता चला जब कुछ ही दिन बाद मुझे प्रताड़ित किया जाने लगा, मार पिटाई आम बात हो गई है, दिन रात ताने देने के अलावा मुझे कितना निचे गिराया जा सकता है, धमकी देकर, दहेज़ की मांग कर, मैं फर्श पर सोती हु, क्यों की ससुराल वाले कहते हैं तुम्हारा बाप तुम्हे कुछ नहीं दिया है, इसलिए जब लाएगी तब सोएगी।
मेरे मुंह में कपड़ा ठूस दिया जाता है मारते समय
जब मेरा पति मुझे मारता है अपने घरवाले के उकसाने के बाद तो मेरे मुह में पहले कपड़ा ठुस देता है ताकि मैं आवाज नहीं निकाल सकूँ, पड़ोस के लोग ना जान पाए, और फिर कहता है की तुम कभी भी अपने मायके या पड़ोस में से किसी को ये सब बात नहीं बताओगी। मैं दर्द से कराह भी नहीं सकती। क्यों की मेरे मुह में कपड़ा ठूसा रहता है, कई बार में सांस लेने लायक भी नहीं रहती हु। हो सकता है कभी भी मेरी मौत हो सकती है ये लोग मेरा ह्त्या कर सकते है।
घर में मुझे बंद कर दिया जाता है
जब घर के सदस्य घर में नहीं होते है तब मुझे घर में अकेले बंद कर दिया जाता है ताकि मैं किसी से संपर्क नहीं बना पाऊं और अपनी अत्याचार किसी को नहीं बता पाऊं।
मेरे पास कोई फ़ोन नहीं है
मैं अपनी ये बात पहले ही अपने परिवार को बता देना चाहती थी, पर धमकी के चलते और मेरे पास फ़ोन नहीं रहने की वजह से मैं अपने परिवार वाले को बता नहीं सकी, मुझे बात कराया जाता है अपने परिवार वाले से, पर सबके सामने, और वो भी मेरे और मेरे घरवाले के बिच होने बाले बातचीत को मोबाइल में रिकॉर्ड करता है। वो हमेशा ब्लैकमेल करता है, और समाज के सबसे निचले स्तर की धमकी देके मुझे मेरा मुह बंद करने की कोशिश करता है।
मार कर फेंक देने की धमकी
मुझे मार कर फेंक देने की धमकी देता है और कहता है तुम्हे मार कर फेंक देंगे और कहेंगे की तुम किसी के साथ भाग गई है।
अभी मुझे अपने ... के यहाँ छोड़ आया है पैसा लाने के लिए
अभी मुझे अपनी xxx यहाँ छोड़ आया है जो की xxx में रहते हैं, पैसा लाने के लिए, और बोला है जब तक पैसा नहीं लाएगी तब तक तुम्हे नहीं लाऊंगा। मेरे भाई के इतना पैसा नहीं है की वो मेरे ससुराल वाले को पैसा दे सके, और कहता है काम बनेगा यानी की जब पैसा हो जायेगा तब कहना मैं आउंगा तुम्हे लेने के लिए। फ़ोन कर की बोला की मम्मी बोली है अभी रह जा जब तक तेरा पैसा का इंतजाम नहीं हो जाता है।
आजतक मैंने कभी ऐसा इंसान को नहीं देखी हु, न सुनी हु, जो समाज में इतने निचले स्तर का अत्याचार करता है। क्या औरत की जिंदगी अत्याचार सहने के लिए है? जीते जी मर गई हु, मैं कहाँ जाऊं? जिसपर विश्वास किया था वो मुझे सिर्फ अपने परिवार और अपने लिए मुझे मजबूर कर दिया है अपनी जिल्लत भरी जिंदगी जीने के लिए।
मैं सिर्फ चार घंटे सोती हु
बाकी का समय मुझे काम करने के लिए परिवार के जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए, कपड़ा धोने के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाती हु। मेरे पास दो महीने का एक बच्चा है उसका भी लालन पालन कर नहीं कर पा रही हु।
आप सभी से विनती है की मुझे इस जिंदगी से बाहर निकालने की कष्ट करें। मैं अब अपने अपने ज़िंदा रहने की अधिकार को मांग रही हु। मैं भी एक आम इंसान की तरह जिंदगी जीने की अधिकार को मांग रही हु, मुझे इन लोगों से बचाइए। और इन्साफ दिलाइए।

An Insurance Policy can be taken by a breadwinner of the family under MWP Act for the benefit of the family/wife and children. Whether a Pension Policy can also be taken under MWP Act for the benefit of wife and children. The proceeds under MWP Act can not be attached and as such pension policy under MWP Act can become a property for the wife and children in case of any unforeseen circumstances. I request the legal experts to throw some light on the issuance of Pension Policy under MWP Act from the point of legal position and any judgement from the Courts and IT Tribunals on the matter.

the case is about divorce on the grounds of mutual consent, the divorce proceedings are taking place in the US. the wife is in India and has signed the waiver of service.
now the question is whether she can go through exemption of notice given to her and through which convention.

Filing for divorce
Hello i got married in oct 2017 after then my husbands behavoir was totaly changed.He is not intrested me and i m staying in my laws home with mother -in -law.My husband is working in other state and didnot stayed with me giving some lame excuses.Now i came to know that he is having and illicit relationship with a married woman and is also taking drugs.So what should i do first.Should i firstly complain in women cell? Because i heard that i cannot file petition for divorce that will be done after 1year of marriage.He tortured me mentally sometimes physicaly too.
