My ex-spouse and self are both Portuguese & British citizens of Indian origin (Goan). We got married in Goa over 14+ years now and do not have any children. My ex-spouse filed for divorce in an UK court on grounds that we were not living together for more than 2 years, which though incorrect, I did not contest. The divorce has been emotionally and financially disastrous for me. I am also an OIC (Overseas Indian Citizenship) holder. I now want to return to Goa to settle down and towards this end, wanted to have our marriage dissolved in India (Goa) too. My ex-spouse is not interested as for her the UK Divorce Absolute certificate, she reaffirms suffices. How should I go about to get our union dissolved in India? Thanks to let me know.

Mrs. Dalimbala ,a issueless widow died on 03.04.2011 who pocessed agricultural land from her husband( Mr.Swapan ) who died on 1969 . Mr. Swapan's had one brother ( Name : Kherta Mohan) & three sisters . Mr. Khetra Mohan has three sons & three daughter ( one died on 28.10.2010). Now who is the successor of the land property of Mrs. dalimbala ?

I am 43 years and wife is 38 years old. We have a son of 13 years old. My wife neither has interest in sex nor physically ability to perform sex. Initially during sex I realized that she is not responding and there is no fun in having sex. My feeling that time was I am experiencing sex with male body. But due to family pressure I could not speak out this and I have tolerated for years as I had not any alternative. After marriage (within one year) we had a child and thereafter she could not birth any child. I didn’t realize (due to my young age) that she is not able to birth any child. But now I understand she seems to have medical problem in her physic. Due to continuous desertion, I am finding difficult to do my routine work. I do not go outside to have sex. Since there is no any benefit of having sex, I am not doing any sex but she does not have any problem / objection on this issue. She is comfortably living her life as routine. In her family hierarchy, her one elder sister does not have any child and second elder sister is not married due to medical problem. This was hidden from me in marriage.
I discussed this with my advocate friend and they have suggested to consult Doctor (Gynecologist) to find medical problem.
I tried to consult Doctor, (gynecologist) to find fault technically, he advised me that this does not come under his purview of work and I should go to Psychiatrics. I have visited to renowned Psychiatrics (M.D.), he said, I should consult to Gynecologist. Even if he (psychiatrics) examines to my spouse he will not give any certificate or opinion, obviously it is going to be consider in the Court. If he will give any certificate / opinion he said he will have to appear in the Court for witness.
I have following question :
If I have to take divorce what should I do?
Who will decide & certify that she has medical problem ?
If divorce is agreed by court, I wish to have child custody ?
How to prevent from her & her family from filing cases / complaints.
(I have experienced that my wife and her parents are cruel nature person. I do not have family support from my side. They will try to take disadvantage of it and file false cases / complaints against me. Presently I do not have any case / complaint filed).

I got divorce from a Hindu husband.With a daughter of 9 years old, I remarried a Muslim Man. Now my question is should my husband adopt my daughter from my previous marriage? Can his name be used as father's name in her certificates? Please answer. Thankyou very much.

I am heartly Thankful to you all for your advice but I don't want to seek transfer of my case from Hansi court as it is a fight against the misuse of law, position and how a women can b cruel towards her own children and husband and i want to see maximum limit of their cruelty, this could be helpful to others in future. I am not feared of any threats though i am facing a lot of problem in my personnel life but still morally very strong. By misuse of law and position they have not just dishonured me but also has ruined my emotion and dignity. I will continue with my fight let the judge give his decision of my imprisonment.

hi, i would like to know if a man and woman run away (both majors)to another country on their own will,will there be any problem if thier parents file a case or anything, the main issue is..can they find out if we r gone out of the country..
because r parents will never leave us to be together in peace,

i m house wife married for 14 years,my husband is most unsatisfied persnality,i devoted myself to house completly.me father is death,my brothers not doing so well in there financial lifes,no one to entertain my expences,my husband gave me 2 talaaq.and he always warns me for 3rd,i want to know if he give me talaaq .according indian islamic law can i claim my maintainence and house from him,if yes plz help me.as m totaly house wife and dont know any thing,as know a days m facing lot of mental tourcher from my husband.plz bare with my english.
