My client's husband filed a divorce case under special Marriage Act. the case is pending. My question is shall I file a case under Domestic violence Act? She left her matrimonial home 3 years ago. Shall I file a case under Domestic Violence Act now?

Hi , I m a muslim guy n love a hindu girl , we both r 25 years old n want to get married but our families r not ready as we dont wnt chnge r religion so we have decide to get marry under special martiage act, we both belongs to same city and families r against it so we can not do the registrtion in our city now the question is,Can we get marry in other city on the basis of fake address prof as there is a clause in Special marriage act that one of the parties shoul be residing more tan 30days in that city where registation will be done, And if we get marriage certification on the basis of it the can anybody cancel this marriage by prooving that submit address proof was not correct, And if it happens then what legaly action her family can take against us....My friends says that only age matters ,Dear all need your help n pls give clarity on the same.

Dear All,
Would like to know which are the laws formed under women law to protect mother in laws, sister in laws from the false cases being done by the daughter in laws for extracting money from groom's side. Or women laws are just for Daughter in law in india. And is it not the violation of rights to equality (fundamental rights). Why it is defined that only daughter in law is correct and only mother in law, sister in law can hurt their daughter in law and daughter in law can't hurt their mother in laws.

In petitioon for mutual consent doivorce can a family./civil court decide on chils custody( permananet).
Or the mateer will be dealt under Hindu Minority & Guardianship ACT

My husband beat and threw me out of house before running away with our 5 months old baby boy. In short, he is abusive, threatning, alcoholic and not ready to handover baby easily.He wants me to sign some legal docs without questioning, take back all police complaints and court case filed against him and then he would handover child to me!!He is also threatning that he will claim custody of baby after 5 years. My query is that whether I should sign on legal papers brought by him. At most what these papers may be all about when I am ready for divorce without even any maintenance plea and can he reclaim custody of child after 5 years again? What can I do to get permanent custody of my child. I WILL NOT REMARRY. This is slight urgent as he is running and hiding with such small baby.

Is it possible to relinquish ones legal rights over ancestral assets by signing a relinquishment deed (or through any other medium)?
If so, is it further possible to do without being physically present at the said jurisdiction where the ancestral assets (immovable properties) are present?
I am based out of Mumbai and would like to know if I can have a deed prepared and executed in Mumbai, which can be used to relinquish rights over properties located in Tamil Nadu.
I am looking to relinquish all my rights that I might have over my families ancestral assets. Given the current situation I am in, I am unable to furnish the exact nature and value of assets. Is there a possibility to have blanket relinquishment deed pertaining to ancestral properties/assets only?
If the answer to any of the above is yes, I would also be requiring a lawyer based out of Mumbai (preferably in South Mumbai). Any contacts or leads will be much appreciated.

ABUSED MOTHER BY HER SON
A mother abused by her own son besides ongoing property suit within their family. Can this mother file a suit declaring all the problems and seek the court that the deserted son should not attend her funeral instead she wishes one of her grandson to perform the funeral duty? Please advise.
