Hi, can someone tell if one state court has rights to order for residence order (RTR) u/s 19 of DV Act for a house which is outside its local limits i.e. in some other state ?

My age is 34 and my wife’s age is 24, I got married in 2007 things where fine……. But my wife always had doubtfully nature which I kept on ignoring
Last 4 month she started taking doubt on one of my friend who was widower, as she was in trouble I used to support her mutually
As we used to talk on phone late night she got boost to her doubting nature….. my wife is studying in mumbai from 2010
Her dirty nature went to such limit that my patience where finished and dispatch start happening…… one day she complained to police station which made me so upset that I decided to seprate from her
I always supported her……. She herself had physical relation with guys at her collage time in spite of all this I loved her and supported her, But know when she blaming me for no reason has kill all my love to her
I am financial weak because of many loan….. I have a car and a flat……
She is not ready to give divorce and my faith on her is finished……. I don’t want to comprise and take rise in my future… as now I don’t have kids, but tomorrow if I have kids it will be difficult for me to take any decision
I want guideline how to go ahead with divorce; I will be sending her notice in few days for divorce…
Can anyone guide me or give tips to get the divorce in a short period………….

I am a second wife of a person who was married before relationship. We are living together without marriage from past 11 years and we have a daughter of 9 years old. Till date their family didn't accepted me or my daughter. My hubby is very smart person he does lots of partiality to me and now days things are not good in home and as i am working, his behavior is making me sick and and i am not able to concentrate on my job. he not earning well and i am spending my salary on maintaining the house. before things get worse i want to be out of this relationship. as i am not married is divorce is required? or how i can take it forward so that rest of my life i live peacefully with my daughter.I always feel depressed and i am finding it difficult to live, i cannot cheat my daughter, only for her i am living. pls guide me.

Please suggest some caselaws where it has been ruled that the waiting period of 6 months for divorce by mutual consent can be foregone.

respected sir my bhabi filed a false dowry against all members of family ,after police inquiry the police found my father and brother quilty and impose 498a,406,323
my father on interm bail and my brothe in australis before registering case
now i have following qwueries:
1.the news is published in newspaper and in police compalint in which the my bhabi sted that we give lot of dowry in cash and material now my qwestion is that the dowry act stated that ,the dowry giving and taking is offenece,can we registed a case against parents and bhabi for giving dowry or not?

Hi Experts,
My Elder Sister has two daughter where younger studying 5th standard and elder studying 7th standard , during second child birth the problem started in their family and came to my home and her husband applied for divorce before 8 years and it came to end by 2010 in Chennai high court favoring to us stating no legal ground available to provide divorce like that, again my sister husband applied again to the higher court ( high court Chennai) for divorce.
Now i have few question :
1.Now i am looking for a senior most female lawyer who is service oriented and not money minded, and also what ever cases she handled should be success one.
2.Since my sister husband is running business, whether i can get a maintenance of 25k every month , we want to do that because he does take any load on him at the initial marriage life or after the birth of 2 daughters, load in the sense my sister was taking entire expenses for their two daughter for food, clothing and education, where both are studying in good reputed school where my sister is uneducated.This maintenance amount should make restless on his mind and think off instead giving maintenance he should come forward to join with my sister for matrimonial life.
Looking for a positive feedback.

ours is love marriage in 2006, without dowry.
after 1 month of marriage she (my wife) left me and went to her parents home . after 9 months male child born. upto today she is with her parents . in 2010 after mediator talks she is ready for divorce and demanding 3 laks as maintanance. but iam a small private employee iam not able to give 3 lakhs. finally iam ready to arrange 1.5 lakh.
but she not accepted. recently she got government job. now i decided to file divorce case sir,
please guide me sirin court under desertion ground. iam ready to take my son 4years aged to my custody

sir i gave to my advocate 1 wedding photo, my advocate is telling 1 photo is not enough. all photos and video cd is with my wife, we seperated from 4 years, now i have only 1 wedding photo sir, is it enough or not sir? i gave 1 original residence certificate, original marriage certificate , 10 days completed, not yet filed in court , only bcz of 1 photo.

Maintenance u/s 125(3). Husband deposited Rs. 30,000 against the order of Rs. 4,000/- pm. He then absconded without information to the court. His advocate says she doesn't have his whereabouts. Absonding since 3 years. FC dismissed the case for not providing the address and hence no warrant could be served.Is the FC correct in doing so?
