Dear Experts

Need your help.

Kind regards

1) without her consent, can he leave her in the hospital to pressurise another son to take her to his home?
As per law both sons are liable to maintain her.
2) living at a place for 30 years, does it give her any right on that place?

SONS are liable to provide her shelter but she does not have a personal right in the leased property.

3) In sick condition, when doctors say that she should not go through any mental and emotional trauma, is not it an act of violence when the son with whom she was living for 30 years and who used her initial capital in his business and sold her house?

CERTAINLY IT IS AN ACT OF VIOLENCE IN FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES STATED BY YOU.
FOR4) GO THROUGH
The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and
Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (Act No. 56 of 2007)TO CHECK FOR IF IN THE TOTALITY OF CIRCUMSTANCES ITS' HELPFUL OR NOT!
