My father taken a site in a layout in the name of elder son 28 years back. But the layout is not yet registered in son name who is now mentally retarded. Now father want to sell that site and share the money to all the three sons. But unfortunately wife and only daughter of the mentally retarded person are objecting for selling of the site and want to claim full site for themselves and not willing to share to other brothers and including parents of the mentally retarded person.
How to deal with such cases so that father can sell and divide the share equally among all sons.

My husbands is abusive and he is emotionally harassing me and he keeps me locked in the house I want to go to a safe place and then take a divorce from him. I cannot call the police because i do not know the local language. So
I have tried to get help from them by writing E-mails on the E-mail ID's mentioned in their helpline contact details.However, I have not got any response from them. Can you please suggest me the correct E-mail ID of the police helpline and oblige. .

Hi, I am staying with my mother in-laws and the house is constructed by my father in laws' father . My father in law is having a son and two daughters. One daughter is married. Son is my husband and am having a baby girl. Now my husband is saying that I have no right to stay in that home. I did not ask for share in my husband property but as his wife i have right to stay in that home i think.Please suggest. Here i would like to tell few more points. 1 : Home is constructed by my father in law's father 2 : My father in Law's father is having 2 sons and 1 daughter 3 : My father in law is elder son 4 : My father in law is having 1 son and 2 daughters and my father in law's brother is having a daughter 5 : Home is on the name of My father in law's Mom' dad not on the name of my father in law's father name.

Dear Legal Experts,
A man has bought an apartment with joint registration along with his second wife in Hyderabad. It was an illegal marriage and they both lived together for 30 years. The man has died in last year. The first wife and her children have filed the suit in local court in Hyderabad and requested to declare them as Legal Heirs of that deceased man to claim 50% ownership in that apartment which is on that deceased person. The lawyer says that the judge has asked him to amend the suit to include the second wife name also as part of the party since she is wife of the deceased person. The second wife should sign the amended suit which will be difficult. Is it mandatory to include the second wife also as part of the suit or not, please? Is there any alternative procedure to get it declared as Legal Heirs, please.

I Was absent for the three hearing because of my studies in abroad. The family court Judge given three counselling, i Was absent too. Iam in London doing my final year studies. Hmop first hearing started on may month. Still now three hearing passed. I given vakalanama to Lawyer with all proof of my studies but the Judge refuse to take my vakalanama and he ordered my appearance for next hearing on 12 september. Now exam Time, icant absent in university in London. Please kindly help me. My husband Was present with his Lawyer for all hearing.can i get stay in High court to stop counselling still finish my studie?. Please adviced me. Thanks a lot. Sarah

before asking for help, I try to picture the whole secenario.
Raj
origianally from State Haryana, city ABC, living in France since 2002, Raj got married First time in his Life in Year 2005 in France with a French woman, They had a son(born 2006). in 2012 Raj and his French wife had some issues, but they keep living together in hope that things would go better as any marriage has its ups and down. but in vain, Raj started to search for new partner, and through Family in India he met one girl "Ria"
Ria
Ria was First married in between year 2004 - 2009 with Brij. Brij died in Year 2009. they have a daughter together. born in year 2008. Brij was Govt. Employee, and Ria is getting Widow Salarey. This full salarey is paid by dep., in every six month cycle She has to give a affidavit to Dep. that she hasnt marry again. She lives alone in her hause with her daughter
Raj and Ria
Raj and Ria got engaged in 2013, Before getting engaged Raj and his Family told whole situation to Ria and her Family, both parties were agreed that both of them will get married as soon as Raj's Divorce will be done. but just after 3 months of engagement Ria started pressurising Raj to get married as soon as possible because she doesnt want to live alone. when Raj told her that He is not divorced yet and it will take some time so they should wait. She confronted that when she havent any problem with His first marriage why Raj is saying to wait for one more year. Her argument was that they can go in a social marriage and will get this registered later when Raj is divorced. So Raj agreed to this. They got married in feb 2014, and it was a proper Hindu Marriage with all rituals.
After Marriage
After Marriage Raj returned to France and in 5-6 months he applied for Divorce with his first wife, both got seprated in sep. 2014. and had divorce was final in march 2016.
Ria has changed just after marriage totally, and refused to come to Raj's Hause in India where Raj's Parents live. She was in between for some months at his hause but spent most time in her own hause (not her parents). Meanwhile Raj has asked her to collect all papers which are required to bring her to France. but She didnt do it. She kept taking her Salary as widow, and kept producing affidevits to Auth. that she is not married. She refused to live with His Parents, and wants that Raj should take her with him, but when no marriage cert./other necessary docs are available He cant do anything. in this scenario 4 years has gone, Raj has visited 3 times to India and She was at his hause Only when he was there. Raj and Ria now stopped talking for more than one year. Ria has sold her hause, and bought a new hause where she is living now.some other place, and enjoying full salarey(80000INR) of her dead First Husband.
Raj has asked Ria to close the relationship. Ria agrees to this(as she is already living seprate for last 3 years) but denies to divorce, or any written agreement. They dont have any Children together.
Now Raj is in this Situation, If he goes to court, They can put on him charges of second marriage. and can be sent to jail. but if he dont and get in Any relationship he will be Blackmailed by Girl as He dont see any other reason why dont she make a sattlement with him. and for him it will be always like ticking B.. if he come to India and Ria file a case on him/ or his parents.
Raj know he did something which shouldnt have happened, And there are not any excues which could have make it better. He just trusted a widow girl who emotionally told him that, "her daughter needs a father and She want that it should As soon as possible", he was so sure with Ria that they will continue this marriage till death. but it happened other way round.

P.S: Raj and his Family didnt take any dowery, Money, Gifts from Girl or her family. Neither he or his family ever ask Ria to handover money (her salarey).

Hi,
My litigation on dowry act n domeatic violence going on since more than two years. Just six months ago things were went on settlement way to rejoin matrimonial house. I settled and gone to matrimonial house. Some days spent well, after few days again the mental harrasment started.
My husband denied to take responsiblity of me and my child. He used to quarrell always and says you are working so manage your things your own spent your money on child. I will not give a single things.
On weekends he used to go out for two days n never spent time with ua. His family also ask for my salary either to leave job or give money.
Due to all these mental trauma i decided to leave that place.
Now i would be filing for divorce , it will take time to get rid off.
I want to get my belongings bacj from matrimonial house.
Can u pls suggest me how can i get my things back from matrimonial house on urgent basis through court orders.

My sister husband did second marriage even they have one child who is 11 year old. from Last one year he did not give any money and left them last one year. He always post his new wife pictures on social media and he says to my sister he will not Give any money and not take any responsibility towards her. Please suggest what should i do?
