SUPPOSE IF HUSBAND OBTAINED EXPARTE DIVORCE BY PLAYING FRAUD UPON THE COURT AND AS WELL AS OPPSITE PARTY AND DONE SECOND MARRAIGE.
came across one of the situation where husbad has send notices to first wifes vaccant house by misleading his wife and court and in lieu of his cheif evidence he created his presence in family court while he was judicial custody for offence 498a and obtained exparte divorce by palying fraud upon the court.
this was came to know by first wife after 1 year while set aside on the above grouds court has taken sumoto and cacelled the divorce and declerared he palyed fraud upon the court.
now recently first wife came to know during this one year of gap already the husband married another lady and she got all valid proofs of second marraige. But husband never said about his second maraige any where.
My questions for above are..
1) Is he guilty for the offence of bigamy?
2)is second marraige is valid?
Any leading judgments relating to these issues?

Hello, I am working in PVT company, recently in last week I wrongly pinged on WhatsApp to a married lady, after that we got friends n we started chatting, day before yesterday I got call from her husband, he scold me very badly n he was calling me again n again n now he told me that he was suppose to give her divorce but now he find a reason for giving her divorce. He also said that he will write my name & number in that divorce case which he was going to file.
Please suggest me what to do if he will really do this.

I got married 3 month back after one and half month my husband saying he want divorce because he is not able to falling in love with me so he need divorce and now I got pregnant so now he is saying abort our baby n we will file divorce he don't wAnt to stay with me so what should I do please help me because I don't want abort my baby n I don't want divorce please help me

my Daughter is in Love with a man who is married and having children too.
Now Both of them and his family member has decided to accept my Daughter. What should I do to ?
Please guide and for safer side I do not want any liability in future if they stay together.

Please explain about Joint family. Who all are comes under joint family. Is married daughter is also a part of joint family.
Is married daughter has any right to stay in father's joint family?

My father has obtained an interim maintenance order of Rs 8000/- per month from the local court where he resides at Agra. That court started putting pressure on me to pay the accumulated amount. I stay in the city of Lucknow, so could not attend the proceedings. I made part payment from the money I had. In next few months I got the case transferred to Lucknow from Agra as per the location restrictions under 125 crpc for parents. Can I (my lawyer) request the family court in Lucknow to reject the interim order issued by Agra court as it has no jurisdiction as I stay in Lucknow so that case can start from the beginning at Lucknow court. Kindly guide.

Reconciliation made with a term of live in a separate house with 3 month tenure.
Husband not interested to take all stridhan by wife.husband behave very rudely. And not give all stridhan to bring in new house.
Till now not shifted.
His attitude is in nature of very dominativ.
Take every moment photo, record every call.

My marriage happened through online matrimonial site, the girl family concealed her medical condition and given us her false detail regarding age and employment. The girl is diagnosed with Epilepsy and she is born in different month and i am not sure of her employment either but before marriage she said she is working as a govt employee.When I recovered the truth the girl’s family simply told me that if you do not accept we will put you under various cases. Now being influential they have put me under false cases, what should I do?
Girl lives with her parents in different state and we only lived as couple for 35 days only on a span of 5 months.
Now i have applied for divorce in my city, but the girl had also applied for the divorce in her city but after mine. As both divorce cases can not continue simultaneously, which divorce case will run. Do i have to inform the the girls court regarding divorce filed by me. How to do that

Dear Expert,
My friend married before 15 years and she had two kid ,due to quarrel with husband since so many times, she left her house and stay with her mother and father, she had appointed a lawyer and submitted case under sec 13 (HMP), now husband's lawyer told that we have to go to reconciliation and we dont want divorce.
My friend' s lawyer denied to seat under mediation and Judge told that have to follow the rules.
My friend dont want to go back with her husband .
