A property was purchased by the father in the name of 2 minor childern of the first wife and 2 major childern of the 2nd wife. the mother was the guardian in the minor childern and paymnt was made through her. some time later a 3rd child was born. which has no name in the mentioned purchased property. Property was divided between the 2 minor childern and the other major childern. Both father and mother has died without any will.
Can the 3rd child who has no name in the property can ask for his share ?
Can the childern of the 3rd child who has no name in the property ?
Can wife of the 3rd child who has no mame in the property ?
Can wife or childern of the 3rd child who name is not in the said property can ask the others brother to provide share ?

I got married in May 04 and my wife had been behaving weirdly since 2006.First she went to other state for higher studies in Jan06 without even telling me or my family.I filed RCR Application in Mar09.Then she came back and stayed with me for 11months in Uttarakhand and delivered a child in Mar10.She again left me in Mar10 and went to live in other city in UP for doing a Govt.job.We have been living separately since Mar10.Now i have restarted RCR proceedings in July11.Now I am being threatened for 498/DV by her and her family.
Pls guide me following;
1-Should i go for Anticipatory Bail now
2-Whether Provision of AB is Avlbl. in Uttarakhand
3-Whr to apply for AB and What is procedure for getting AB
4-Any other precaution to minimize the dmage.
Pls. guide me as i fear i may be arrested any day.Its URGENt Please.

I am in love relationship with a girl of 25yrs, Her parents are not agree for our marriage as I am Rajput and She is Brahmin. She has been trying to convince her parents from over 3 years with the hope that they would agree someday but now got frustrated as they are neither agree nor allowing her to go anywhere as she is locked in the home by her own parents.
What can we do to get married as she cannot come out from her home?
Should she call police a register a case against her parents saying parents are not allowing her to get married as per own wish and she is locked on her own home? Is there any risk in doing so? Her father knows some SHO is that the best way to get married or there are some other secure ways?
Your suggestion would really help me to take further action on it

1. Ms X married Mr Y and deserted husband. Court declared her deserter and dismissed her maintenance petition. Ms X complaint U/S 406/498-A IPC against Mr Y stand dismissed.
(1) Can the husband file suit for mandatory injunction directing his wife to take the delivery of stridhan of wife?
2. Who shall be watchman to safeguard her stridhan by paying rent of house where items are kept of deserted wife? kindly answer the query by quoting any settled case law on subject. We specifically request that only that Ld. expert should answer who can quote case law on this to answer the landmark query please, submitted please.

my wife have left me and she is not willing to live with me. i went to a lawyer , explaining all the details, i sent her legal notice, asking her to come back. i have previously signed vakalat (green colour) and in two empty green sheets. but, her lawyer replied that she need divorce.when i approached my lawyer and said that i am not ready to give her divorce, he said that he can get me divorce without my consent, as i have already signed him the vakalat. he also threatened that i cant change my lawyer without his permission. he is pressurizing me to accept to give divorce to her. i came to know, he has been supporting my opposition`s stand. i have chosen a wrong lawyer. is it possible, he can get me divorce without my consent? how can i change my lawyer?

hi everyone.
i married a girl and registered the same without knowing to our parents. we lived seperate meeting only in weekends. after 8 months, due to a misunderstanding, my wife stopped talking to me and we were seperate. after waiting for 6 months, i sent a notice to her house, asking her to return to me. her family members came and asked to give mutual divorce, which i declined. now, they have sent me a notice that the marriage never happened and she has said that she came to register office only to sign for some other thing(for registering for a govt job).
i have photos we taken together and the messages she sent while we were in good touch . will it enough proof that we were married? i also have marriage certificate with me? after all this, can anyone deny that marriage is valid??
she is engaged to other person now and hence her family wants to hide all this, by stating that our marriage never take place.
in that notice, they said that i am blackmailing them and they will charge criminal complaint against me for the same.
we married july 2010 and now , after a year , she is acting as though she dint know anything about our marriage.
in between, if she happens to marry again, can i put case of bigamy against her?? will the court deny our marriage, as she is acting she doesnt know about the same??
