If there is any time limit for giving an application to M.M in case of false affidavit/Evidence by way of affidavit. (From the period of giving the affidavit in court in DV case).

If false affidavit has been filed or false evidence is given, application under section 340 Cr. P.C. should be given within 30 days of having knowledge of such affidavit or evidence as false.

Dear Makkad Sir what you mean by having knowledge. for example affidavit is given in may 2011 but half things are mention in affidavit and it can only be me more clear after cross examine but as part of legal tactis it is getting delayed. Then in this senario what will be the time limit.
