Disputing will of my grandmother

Two questions
Can we children who are based overseas act on behalf of my mom, who lives with us,in India using POA for family matters
What are the laws of succession in the state of karnataka based on the fact we are christians
We need to dispute the will of my grandmother(nearly 20 years ago)which we believe was made when she was not in stable mind and under duress. what options do we have. Can we(the children) initiate the process on behlaf of my mum and have just a lawyer represent us or do we need to be there physically.
Can we dispute the will even if my uncle has registered his share in the taluka office in managalore Karnataka.will this affect the dispute of the willCan we put a stop to what he is doing. the property is not divided equally and thats what we want to dispute. Do we have a leg to stand. what happens if there has been a probate granted without the other parties signing.
am lost and looking for help

Divorce

Hon'ble Experts,
In a divorce HMA suit I know that a provision exists that husband too can claim maintenance from wife if the latter is drawing a much higher and better salary than husband. Please let me know if wife's late father has had properties, can husband claim for a share
in that. Iam not going into the merits of the case. Only to know if such a provision exists, then under which Section.??And any citation where something like this has been considered during adjudication.
Thank you experts.
