what you have done then in that circumstances was a normal reaction.

when people go for divorce petitions, such allegations, whether real or fabricated are usual. He cannot win his case based on such things.

apart from the legal aspects, what is more relevant is real reason of his motives.

if things have not reached an irrepairable situation, try to make reconciliation attempts through common friends and relatives initially.

I appreciate your view of not to embarass him considering he is father of your children. Does he know that you still hold such positive vibes towards him?

the sad part of most relations including marriages are, people usually do not express positive feelings like love and regards. Only very late do we realise that.

wishing you good luck to rebuild your marriage.

Ask your friends to give evidence in support of your contention. it is enough

If the divorce petition contains primarily that allegations of your suspicion then the case of divorce does not have much merit.
If you are ready to continue the marital life still now then file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

If you are interested to get divorce necessarily, to prove his guilt, you may have to take extra pains like a detective by taking clues from his approved tour programs from his organisations, extra stay at tour locations than necessary, and the hotel booking informations with No. of persons staying in his hotel room. Also, you may need to find out photo shoots or video/Mobile clippings of your husband and his accomplices at tour locations.

Mere suspicion won't help you. You will have to prove your contentions by quoting and producing instances, if you can find from the aforesaid clues.

Senior members already gave their valuable suggestion. Even my advise to you, you are worrying about to prove your merit. Its need not to be worried. Cos your husband only petitioner. So the burden of proof about his allegation not your's. Your husband only have to prove it. You may file a restitution of conjugal rights petition, along with interim maintenance. Its may make him weak to face the court proceedings. He may back to marital life without proceed further.

Nothing more to add.

Unless the problem can be sorted out amongst you too, cases would run for long time.
