Hello expert advocates,
Iam a father. Mother(my wife) comes from joint family background.Son is adult and brainwashed to marry girl who is very close relative of mother. Father's consent not considered
important.Hence no consensus.Ofcourse son can marry whoever he wants & out of sapinda. But father completely ignored.Not a single other prospective bride was considered or brought in to discuss with the father. Father's views or opinion not asked for at all on this important subject. So head of the family becomes just for name sake for the son and his mother .So what should a father do under such circumstances???

One of my client who is just 26 years old got indulge with a women having 3 kids.
she induced him to get married and got an affidavit of marriage between the two signed on a non juducial paper . we no they are not legally married by7 this document.
My client for lack of knowledge believe the document to be true and accepted to be his married husband and started to live with her in a accomodation provided by the company to him.
Within one weeks Marriage's she asked him to purchase all domestic appliances and utensils and things that are required to live in a house like TV fridge Beds Gas Stove etc.
The client purchased all that. After few days time a another guy comes to the house and start to fight with him and asked him to leave the house.
Along with that guy she also fought with him and threatened him and kicked him out of the House.
Now that guy visits her frequently spends nights with her and goes away.
Now the issue is that the accommodation is of company and he does not want to disclose this situation to company for his job security.
Secondly she is enjoying freely the home appliances and everything that he has purchased . He want all that back and get rid of her from that company accommodation.
How is this can be done?.

Hi All,
My mother has three sisters and one brother. Her father has two brothers who don't have any children, but possess some property(self earned or inherited from their parents, don't know now exactly) like house and agricultural land in our village. All the three old men were passed away leaving behind their property without any legal heirs.
Clarify me whether my mother and her siblings will be having legal rights in the property(self earned or inherited from their parents) of their uncle or not?
My mother and her siblings were all married some 30 years ago.

Dear Experts,
Me wife had filled DVA on may 2011. We got married on 9.9.2007, we lived only for 3 months as a joint family[with my mother & father]. Then we lived separately till may 2011. But in DVA she inserted my father , mother, sister & brother and in-laws as they harassed her. We have 3 yr old son. She asked for maintenance and house for rent.I filled an RCR to rejoin. Now I am in my father's house & she is in her parents house. The issues which she said on me in DVA is not too cruel. Like drunkard , beaten & demanded dowry. we have the evidence of her father's speech that " all the complaints about the dowry said in case are false" this was the statement recorded by us.
1. Is that compulsory that my family members to examined.
2. According to maintenance I am ready.
3. Will the court ask me to arrange a rented house or in my parent house for her?
4. Is the evidence valuable.

Hello Learned members,
Wife filed 498a and other complaints no FIR yet. Husband filed RCR . 1.5 Year kid is born out of wedlock.
Can husband asks for conditions in the settlement in writing while taking her back ?
Conditions like write all complaints were false and out of anger it was given. Relatives name who provoked her to make this complaint.She is sorry for her behaviour and involving inlaws in this litigation etc etc
I would like to take one more chance as 1.5 year young kid's future is at stake.
Please suggest.

Myself and elder brother having equal share in a land by way of legalheirship situated in Chennai.
Due to some reasons, my brother is not allowing me to use the land and even not allowing for sale of land.

IF GIRL HAS MARRY WITH ANY OTHER MAN WITHOUT TAKING DIVORCED. NOW I FILE DIVORCED CASE IN COURT. ALONGWITH THAT HOW CAN I TAKE LAGAL ACTION AGAISNT HER FOR REMARRY WITHOUT TAKING DIVORCED. MARRIAGE IS NOT REGISTER, BUT PROOF HAVING PHOTOGRAHS, TEMAPLE CERTIFICATE & PHOTOS.

I am 29 years female married since 10 years. I am into love with another man (having wife and 2 kids) since last 5 years.My husband and family came to know about it recently and they abused me and threatened me that if i dont sit peacefully, they will tell about our relation at his home. Now i dont want his family to know all this and yet we both want to continue with this relation. I am ready to divorce my husband. And he also is ready to give me divorce but i want some full proof system that even after divorce my husband and his family dont harass my friends wife and kids by telling about our relation.
Also once i take divorce, how can i get into a legal relation with him? ( He cant divorce his wife and stay with me) He will stay with them but will keep relation with me also. Can it be called live-in? Can we enter into maitri karar? What are the implications?

sir / mam,i am a petioner in a mutual divorcee between me and my husband .he agreed to give me alimony but he had not agreed to give it by DD or cheque insted of it he deposited it in court treasury and this amount will be given to me after the judgement when divorcee is granted . is this money safe or he may cheat me without giving me alimony once i singned divorcee paper .please suggest me

Protection Officer verified and enquired me and my husband. But my inlaws gave them huge amount to support them. Its been two weeks that we met PO but still orders are not yet given.
Now where to proceed to file that 498A?
