If one asks for counselling and then the other neglects for counselling what will happen.I would ask the onus to allow me to talk with my wife and if my wife says no to that under ifluence what will happen next.Is it neccessary for the counseling approval of two parties.

Dear experts I consulted with some staffs in the court and lawyers about my issue they said that the your wife's word is all.If she says that you forced before the judge nothing can be done.Even if she lies that will be true before them.

1)Can the petitioner's advocate question or cross examine the respondent in the family court?
2)Can the Respondent himself or herself question or cross examine the Petitioner?

In a tragic accident, a friend of mine lost his only son living behind a widowed daughter in law and a young just born boy child, who is now 4 years. The friend arranged for second marriage of his widowed daughter in law, who is happyly living now. with her consent he kept the grand son for bringing him up, as the only sign of his deceased son.
Now whenever he approaches Banks for depositing money in FDs for future provision in the name his minor grand son, the Banks are asking for Guardianship, he is also willing to make him nominee for his flat/property and other savings. What legal document he needs which will be legally acceptable in all these. What is the procedure. Pleas guide.

my divorce case is going on, and my wife is seeking a maintenance e of 15000 and a house . i have submitted my salary certifice stating my salary is 13000( actual is 15000). her laywer has written a letter to the company where i am working seeking salary certificate with a stamped on it and the tenure of working. i want to know whether my company docent reply to the letter does the court can order the company to provide detials. as my company is private company
i have already submitted my salary certificate in the court but i have showed 20% less then what i get

It has been 2 years since the court has ordered a Maintenance of Rs 3000. but my husband is not paying the amount. i don't know whether the case has been disposed off or not. how to find out and how can i claim my Maintenance what step should i take plz help me

Hi all, please advise if some one's divorce case in court since last 2 yrs (2009), and husband has no any property till their separation he is also paying monthly maintenance charges monthly as fixed by court Rs. 2000, but divorce is still not done, now husband has purchased a flat on loan in 2012. Please advise can wife file a case to get the share of this property also.

My sister was too much harassed by their parents in law and her husband. she has filed a case against them.Now there are 13months gone.court has ordered for 3000 per month as a maintenance.Now They have file a case against my sister in High court.Before filing a case in high-court judge 50% amount to pay to my sister.First hey deny to pan a single penny and ask us for divorce.Than now they give 50% of total 13 months amount paid 19,500/-. Now my question is that can they ask for return the money back? And they have filed a case against us in high court.So ell me that what will be the further procedure?

Conduct of hindu marriage cermony
I may be given to understand that what is the minimum requirement of the Age and qualifications of "Pundit Or Priest" to perform the Hindu Marriage Cermony in the Temple premises or otherwise. Is age criteria is stipulated under the provisions of law, kindly quote the provisions.
