Dear experts I consulted with some staffs in the court and lawyers about my issue they said that the your wife's word is all.If she says that you forced before the judge nothing can be done.Even if she lies that will be true before them.

Instead of roaming around and asking every one, appoint a good lawyer as advised time and again.
If you ask 10 people, all the ten people will advise you in a different way.
If you are true to yourself, face the challenge and fight the case.

Please elaborate your Issue.According to the Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Act, 1956, the Word "Girl" interpreted as a female child who is not completed 18 years of age.If your wife is under the age of 18 years she is treated as a "Girl"

Do not go by the words of the court staff or others. Every statement made by a party has to withstand cross exmionation and needs to be corroborated. Hence if you want to effectively establish your case better engage an advocate who is dealing family court matters, without wasting further time.
