Kindly advise whether exemption from personal appearance is maintainable in GR case 498A. Section 317 I want to avoid in such situation if magistrate not allowing sec 205 Cr.PC what will be best strategy.

Dear friends
My marriage life lasted for 3 years, I married her in 2007, It seems to be she is from good respectable family, she was polite & beautiful well educated and working,
I am 39 years old , my wife 35 years old
within a year of marriage i had full medical reports stating she had an willful abortion in 2005 before marriage, all this medical reports i took it from her house, i counter checked with hospital it is true. I asked my wife regarding this she had no proper answer for this matter. Later i found she had many boyfriend during studying master degree
It didn't stop here ,she had normal sexual life with me also and also she had illicit sexual relation after marriage, with many persons She is nympho, ( want to have sex with number of persons & keep on changing the person)her illicit relation after marriage we are able to trace 8 person through that she become pregnant and within 3 weeks of pregnancy she aborted the fetus in 2008 by consuming Miscoprostal & mifepristone tablet ( this tablet is world wide used for aborting the child at early stage), i had medical treatment paper from the hospital for this abortion. She never told me about this abortion when she was at married status and living with me at 2008.
later i had traced her illicit lover a married businessman,my wife accepted her illicit relation with that fellow.she had frequent sexual intercourse with that fellow.
all this evidence produced in the court i got divorcee
But the old Judge ordered to pay me monthly maintenance for my wife Rs 30,000 per month
I am not going to pay single rupee for that nympho
She was working and earning Rs 25,000 as college lecturer she quieted the job at 2010.
After that she never tried didn't want to go for work. because she want to claim maintenance from me,
all this i explained in the court the old judge not listening,
My question is
1) Why i have to pay money Rs 30,000 for divorced wife how is going to continue illicit relationship with many persons
after legally divorcing me.
2) She spoiled my life after that why i have to pay money for that, actually law should punish
her by sending her to jail for at least 5 years.
3) Because of all this problem my health has badly spoiled when i explained the judge,
he least bothered.
4) The judge said this is the law he will only follow that,
I asked the judge in the court if your own son had this problem, you will deliver same judgement
Judge had no answer for my question.
5) what kind of stupid law we have in the world and in India,
The law support the culprit, and punish the innocent, and old country judge and court are absurd
Lawyers, Judges, politicians, police people all very well know these kind of laws are wrong,no body bothers
WHO IS GOING TO CHANGE ALL THIS STUPID LAWS, PLEASE ANSWER or it going to exist for ever.
already several million people got affected by these useless laws

My wife filed a false case of Divorse , her affidavate is also inconsistent with the pray. Afterwards in order to gain more maintenance she has filed a police nc and chage the police record after receiving from police station and submitted to the court. Her advocate also threaten me in the court as they want i should pay their fees. can i able to file 420 case for filing fake affidavite against both my wife & her advocate. Can i able to file a police complaint against them.

In the RCR petition filed by my wife, she has not demanded for a separate accommodation to join me but now in the first day of court hearing, she has demanded for a separate accommodation to join me.
Are such contradictory statements acceptable in court. Can I point out this issue in the court?

Dear Sirs,
I filed a divorce suit against my wife in October 2011. I have good grounds on mental cruelty being inflicted upon me. She is earning well also. She is enjoying right of residence too. But in order to harass , she is filing DV case against me after nearly 3months of the divorce case, without strict proof of physical,financial(economical)cruelty.She is getting affidavits from two or three close relations of hers that I used to beat her and that they have seen this. How can I get her DV case dismissed??? Any other advise is welcome. Any judgments of similar cases will be of great help.Notice in the DV case has not yet come. But will come soon.

Sir,
At time of my MCD 1st motion i agreed to give what ever my wife wants from me but after six month for second motion of MCD my wife wants extra money otherwise she said she will not give divorce while i have gave all as per my 1st motion . now once again she she trying to do blackmail to me. Should i file for second motion as she agreed with me without giving extra money and if i do not give her money my second motion would be granted or not ?

My wife (from Faridabad) has abandoned me and gone to her parents with our 2 yrs old son. I live in Delhi.
1. How to save myself from 498a and 123.
2.Should I file a false criminal case against her viz. stealing my jewellery etc?
3.Can I take anticipatory bail?
4. Anything else I need to do because we are approaching her for settlement but it may not come about. We may be haraased-so what steps to take for prevention.

Under special marriage act
Iam 48 years old Hindu by birth and married a chritian woman now 52 years old under special marriage act and lived 23 years and due to married a non christian my wife was expelled from her Church in 1986 and use to go to pray along with our two children , 5 years back my wife compled me to got concent to converted my children into her belief. And also her family members given pressure and threaten often to convert me in to her belief ,bcoz then only she got her membership again in her church. But I denied. Two years back in 2009 my wife complined in local police under Violence against womens act and approched the JFM court , Cochin filed OP against me.We gone for counsealing as prayed by me ,but it was vein. After as per the memo filed by both the court passed the order as The respondent (me) should not interfere the peaceful life of the complintant and the the complitant reilnguish to receive any compenstation from respondent so disposed without further proceedings.
I 48 years old lived alone waited to reconstitute my family for last 2 years , but they (My wife 52, my daughter 23 years old and my son 19 years old ) not co-operated and even not interested to see to me in public place also.
Recently I decided to find a companian for my remaining life , I send a E mail (She is working in PSU , the E mail is provided by her Employer , not like such yahoo, google etc) asked her NOC or objection regarding my willing to find a solution , but she did,nt replying my E mails wether giving NOC nor Objection.
In this situation what can I do ? without got NOC or Divorce (minimum I have to wait 2 to 4 years , which I was told one Adv here) How to go ahead?
Pls reply me our experts .
