Hello sir,
My last date of hearing was 27th march 12 and as per my memory next date is 5th may 12. but when i check in list of daily case my case name is missing when i asked my lawyer he is telling it is 5 aug 12 in DV act case. I will go to court and check file but what to do if the date or proceed is changed. As in my case there is allegation of adultery on opposite party lawyer and which is clearly written in my reply but some how they are managing to not conduct cross examine.first date of AE was 24 jan12. Can i file any complain in temparing the file or case data and inform the court because i have doubt they may in future remove file also.
Pl. Guide me what to do and what can be the expected step they can take to weaken the case. I feel my lawyer is under the pressure of other lawyer and he is not guiding me properly....

Dear Sirs,
Maintenance Order under section 18 of the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act 1956, has been passed by the court directing the husband to pay wife Rs.XXXX/-
The said Act does not anything about Appeal, so under what provisions the Appeal or any other proceeding be preferred and within how many days.
Any case law???

I got married 7 years ago i had 2 daughters aged 5 years and 4 years. my husband was abscond and there is no contact with family and there is no support from my husband. Nearly from 2 years he is not take responsibility towards children and family. so i want to take divorce from him and marry a another person for sake of my child and iam facing with so many problems from him and put so many harrasement after marriage and he will affair with another woman so he was respond to family .
Please suggest me how to get divorce from him and what are the legal aspects will be taken for new marriage.please do help for me.

I got the notice bail for five working days in the event of FIR on the basis of complaint of 498a , 406 by my wife in CAW cell Pitampura. My wife is living at her matrimonial home.Whether there is any kind of mediation cell in court that I approach to give all her jewellery to her and also put some pressure on her for divorce with mutual consent.This is my first marriage while my wife is having her second marriage with me with fraud.No child has born since three years of marriage.The case in CAW cell is running since November 2011.I am asking CAW cell authorities to ask my wife to give the list of jewellery but she denies and told that she wants to live with me but I do not want to live with her . Is there any other way to get out of this ?

to submit a news published in a news paper as an evidence, what are the requirements ?
1. Are we supposed to file the entire news paper (all the pages along with suppliments) ?
2. Are we supposed to file only the particular page on which the news is published ?
3. Are the e-newspaper version's print outs acceptable in evidence ?
4. Is it acceptable if the news paper is obtained from a public library & bears the stamp of the library ?
5. Is it acceptable if the news paper is punched by the library (for the purpose of display) ?
6. Is it acceptable if the news paper is little bit torned ?

Respected sirs,please suggest me the safest mode of payment of permanent maintenance in divorce case in lokadalat proceedings settlement for wife and son.example like dd check ,registration of payment...etc.i mean without further litigation as i am a govt employee.

Request for any sc judgements for no maintenace of wife
I have googled for SC judgements for "No maintenance for qualified and earning wife".
I have found Highcourts judgements, but couldnt find any judgements given by SC.
If Anyone who have come across or refered such SC judgement in this respect, then could you please share me the link ( s )?
