Sir,
I am an NRI and have applied for divorce and case is going on for past 3 years. I have two properties. During the pendency of the proceedings I transferred one of the property to my mother and the other property which was in joint account of myself and my wife, I converted it on my name without her approval and knowledge.Is this illegal?
What are the consequences? She has filed for MC.Can she claim the property? Can she apply for petition to court asking me to give the property details?. I have decided to settle abroad only. So how do I avoid giving her 50% of property.Kindly advise and is there any way of transferring the property and converting it to movable assets etc to foreign and.

D/Experts,
A case under DV Act filed by my wife in retiliation of my initial case of RCR u/s 9, the court has ordered monthly interim maintance of Rs. 5000.00 , without considering my income and statuaory expenses , which I had detailed in my reply and my Advocate explained to the court in arguments. The order is almost onesided and my advocate is suggesting to appeal in other court for the same. Is this kind of judgements are for harassment of men and whether, the other allegations levelled on me in the DV case will also be decided like wise?. Please suggest , whether I can put application on high court to shift my case to another court , because the present court is making partial decisions in favour of other party being gender biased mentality.
Request for shifting the case to another court to be made to which authority ? Please give solution and advice.

a mother has two sons D AND G . D died and has left behind his widow and daughter. can widow or daughter of D claim in the property held by mother in law of widow and second part is that if she gets remarried then can she claim in the same property or her child in the name of her grand mother.in the third part question is that if the widow had settled for a amount in lieu of not raising further interest in property in name of mother in law can she claim after a gap of certain period gain if she had already received the amount which she had demanded earlier.and what happens if the mother in law expires and she has tfd the property in name of other son before her death, in this time cab widow or her daughter claim interest on the property tfd to other son.

I have already imposed three cases on my wife, one is Conjugal Rights, second is Child Custody & thir one is contemt of court. I was sending text SMS for my wife on the mobile of my father-in-law, brother-in-law and wife from last 1 year. The messages are of love and affection for my wife. Now in last weak, my wife complaint to police that my husband sends messages on the mobiles on her parents. Is it crime to send message for my wife. How can I get out of this trauma.

Hi all,
My family consisted of 4 members, my father who expired 10years back, mother who live with me (is a home maker), and a sister 40 years old,who is married and living happily in husband's house.
my father was a govt official, who expired 12 years back, mother is a home maker. my mother purchased a house 20 years back, which is in her name,(obviously money was given by my father), now wants to sell the house. the question is whether my sister is eligible for any share in this regard. if yes for how much percentage.
Kindly advise.

My friend holds P.G degree in Medicine and is employed in Govt sector Hospital.His wife too holds P.G degree in medical speciality. After few years of wedlock, there was certain differences as result the his wife left the matrimonial home with her baby and started living with her parents and served legal notice to my friend and demanded money and other valuable ornaments My friend approach the court of HMA and file restitution of conjugal rights as result she has to join her husband after long period of time.After the reconciliation, there were again frequent quarrels and she again left the matrimonial home and gave birth to another child..Now more than 7 months has passed and she has not been returning to matri home..My friend wants divorce and don’t want to give alimony to her..Kindly suggest whether he is bound to provide alimony to his wife and 2 children as she is equally qualified and how much alimony/maintnance he has to give ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was mary in feb 2009. after that many dispute with us.most of the time my wife stay with there parents.
Now last 6 months she is not with me.
My question: If she lie complaints against us like dowry or DV. So will arrest or we got the information first.

1)Now the case has been put in councelling in the family court and my wuestion is aftr the counselling if failed what is the next procedure?
2)Is the evidence stage is soon after the end of counselling?

Please let me know me the possibility that i went to RAJA BAZAR SCIENCE COLLEGE under Calcutta University for treatment of my wife for physiological test which is refereed by a doctor, would have been finished within 3days but after treating one day went to there second day but after seeing the condition of the patient doctor and physiologist suggested me to took her away from here and make an appointment with a doctor who is treating mental illness, and having degree of M.D. however I did it . now the question--- is there any medical provision to get the primary test or case history sheet from said college not certificate of the patient ?
