I have been married since 2 years and working at a firm in Bangalore.My in-laws were staying with us till now and mentally harassed me.This caused lot of disputes between us,forcing me to leave home.After being advised by relatives,they are shifting to Chennai soon.Now my husband is trying to get a job in chennai, near his parents'house.But I dont want to leave my job or move back closer to in-laws , as they will destroy my mental peace and create disputes again.Also ,climate conditions of chennai dont suit my health.
Kindly advise :
1)Can my husband force me to leave my job and relocate with him wherever he wants?
2)If I refuse to do as per his will, can he file for divorce?
3)What if wife gets a job/transfer near her hometown?Can husband stop her from relocating.
Expecting ur help and sincere advice.

if a guy goes in sexual relationship with her girl friend keeping her in faith that he will only marry her , and ditches her later, is it a crime under the laws of indian constitution????

Wife filed DV Act. Court passed interim maintenance. Now it is in the stage of evidence. Wife not submitted any evidence either cruelity or my income. Now she is filed an application before magistrate to recall the my all bank statement.
(1) Can Magistrate issue any kind notice to my banks to avail the bank statement.
(2) Can Bank bind follow magistate order.
(3) Can Magitarte decide final maintenance on the basis of my bank transaction or investments without proving my monthly income.

My friend is suffering from his husband from last 8 years but she was waiting for change in his attitude but he was not change at all
The main issue of this case is
My friends husband has affair with another woman before the marriage and his family has hide the matter and marriage process completed,now he was not caring family and he was shared room with lover and not caring the wife and 2 children.
Now my friend had 2 daughters even his husband not caring the family from 8 years and now he was abscond from last one year six months even he was not sent any money for family survival now she was depend on his mother but today the life so odd to do all the activites and even one more thing her mother-in-law also along with her family. now she was lose her patience and apply for legal approach what to do at this time and how can i find himself?
Now she wants legal advice for what step to be taken?
How can we approach the District legal services authority for filing this issue and how can they help to her?
Now she was vexed from him and to apply for divorce?
How can we file the case against him?

My wife had filed false 498-A case against me in 2010, and once the trial began her parents and she turned hostile. Stating she filed complaint in anger and there was no truth in her complain.
I have been acquitted in January 2012,my question is can I file a case against her and her parents for falsely implicating me and my family in 498 A?

is the report of sub divisional police officer's report is Public Document?
sir in my case, one Mr. X filed a compliant in DLSA by stating that he has been harassed by Police. Immediately the DLSA forwarded the compliant to Sub Divisional Police officer, calling for report. the Sub Divisional Police officer sent his Report, to DLSA.
Now my doubt is sir the Report of Sub Divisional Police Officer is to DLSA is a Public Document or not?

is police receiption register/general diary entry is a public document?
i filed the same in the court. but the other side counsel objected that contents of it is not proved.
but i came to know that the receitpion register is a public document, and the contents of it need not proved.
please suggest me supreme court citation sir regarding the receiption register, the contents need not be proved.
