Please provide your valuable advice on following situation
The girl, married for just 1 year, has left husband’s place on May 2012,accompanied by her father, without boy’s consent.
Till date, the boy requested the girl innumerable times over phone to return to husband’s place. Boy has not gone to girl’s place to take her back personally as relationship between boy and his father-in –law is pretty sour.
Also,3 personal letters have been sent to girl’s family(1-From Boy To Wife; Remaining 2 : From Boy’s father to Girl’s father)for reconciliation, with no written reply from them.
However ,on boys’ family’s request ,girls’ parents(without the girl),came for a discussion,(assumed to be reconciliatory ),but meeting did not bring any solution as girl’s party abruptly left the place.
Under this circumstances, what further action can be taken by the boy to safe-guard himself so that girl’s family may not make false allegation of non-cooperation from the boy’s side?
What are available options for the boy now?
A)Well-drafted Personal Letter From Boy To Girl(with guidance from legal consultant)
B)Direct filing petition for Reconstitution of Conjugal Right
C)Well-drafted Personal Letter From Boy To Girl Followed By ,filing petition for Reconstitution of Conjugal Right

I will be extremely grateful to know if a wife Can lay claim on husbands property purchased before marraige. If so what is her share if the marriage has lasted less than two years.

my husband has sent me court summon for reply on Restitution of conjugal right even i realy want to join his society but he is under presure of his parents and always demanding money from my parents hence i have left my matrimonial home kindly suggest a defence which will set some apprehension in his mind and will not demand money anymore and my safety ll be priority

Hi,
I got married on 24th April 2012. However, I was a victim of Public humiliation and hence, I am not involved in this marriage emotionally. I have not involved in any intimate moments with the girl. Everyone I know, my friends and family says there is no fault of Girl's in what happened. However, no one is ready and I know neither will they ever understand how I feel about what happened that day. Anyhow, I have decided to call it a quit and have even approached a lawyer in Bangalore. The lady did give me some good advice, however, I feel her fees very high and I can't afford. Fees for divorce and anticipatory bail. I need help from a genuine lawyer in Bangalore that could help me that just wanting to make money from my situation. I know everything in metro is just about commercial, however, I am still hoping to meet someone that is genuine, able to help and keep their fees very reasonable and / or affordable. I would also like to know the cost of anticipatory bail for 3 people (in bangalore) and on what basis or how is alimony / compensation calculated. Kindly advice. Thanks in advance! Mrs. A has made the will and after some times Mrs. A died. Now, legal heir of Mrs. A i.e. B, C and D shall mandatory go to the court for getting the probate?

I Want to know that can a husband as a respondent in the divorce case reply the Court notice / or file in the Mumbai family court in Hindi Language format. Because Marathi is a Regional language of Maharashtra ????
2) Can a respondent reply without engaging any advocate for his case.???
3) What is RCR ? Can a respondent Husband apply to the court for RCR in " Divorce Under Section 13 (1) (i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu marriage act, 1955 ? what is the RCR format ??? And what is " " Divorce Under Section 13 (1) (i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu marriage act, 1955 " ???
Please suggest me urgently.

sir whats the power of RTO in maintance act of 2007? whether she can cancel a gift type registration? is it valid? or i can appeal in court if i m not satisfied with her decision?

Bank a/c without permission
There is a case running between me and my wife under section 9 by me and crpc 125 by my wife for last two and half year. She left my home three years ago. She admitted in her cross that she will not return to the place where I am staying. Wants to buy and stay diff area. Recently she open a a/c in bank on My address where she is not leaving for last three years. My question is can she open bank a/c without my permission on my address. Can I take any legal action against her. Please advice me.
