Some anti-social gangs are drinking and rioting in public near where i am staying, They also sell alcohol illegally, They continue to tease and mock me every day with provocative intent
as i rebuked them.They also made death threats.I reported this to police.The police warned them.But they are currently engaged in the same activities again.
Going back to the police station is of no avail as there are people in the police station who are well bonded with them. Kindly let me know what i need to do to take drastic action against them.

Dear legal experts,
I have applied for an exam with OBC-NCL certificate and submitted a copy of the same through email. There is no doubt regarding my OBC-NCL status as my parents are retired (mother: assistant teacher and father Gr C in PSU). But due to urgency of the certificate, my father may not have furnished the right documents supporting our family income at that time and not really coming clean before me when asked for the income proof/ITR/income certificate. Though I have cleared the exam with marks above GENERAL cut off, the interview stage is remaining where I have to show the original OBC-NCL. Should I not submit the original OBC-NCL during interview (saying that I have lost the original) and pray for shifting my candidature to UNRESERVED? Or take the job offer in a PSU if clearing GEN cutoff along with the existing OBC-NCL certificate? Will there be problem in future if I qualify in GENERAL MERIT? Can I submit required documents again while trying to get a duplicate OBC-NCL and remain clean?

Case pertains to sexual assault, molestation and outrage modesty of woman. Dur to covid 19 court entertains only extreme urgent cases. My query is above case doesn't belong to extreme urgent case and what remedy.

Hi,
I called female SI to know about the FIR I submitted in her station.she asked to submit irrelevant document .In reply to that I said " don't harass me in Filmy way".then she shouted very badly on my & disconnected the call. now she says the she has made entry of that & she will teach me a lesson.what does that mean in legal sense.

One of my friend had a relation since 2013 with a girl named A as GF/BF, when he was preparing for MBBS, now he become Docter then only she started to threat file the case on me telling that I have promised to marry her which is false, as she is adament to marry me and has moved to police station Mahila Thana and put there a written complaint regarding" Our physical relation happened on the promise to marry. otherwise i will have to face dire cosiquences in the form of criminal case u/s 376 & 420. Police stn Incharged called me over phone and called in Police station otherwise case will be instituted against me. Now as I dont want to marry her nor i have promised her to marry. I have send my ather to PS but SHO is calling me, there is chance SHO will institute the FIR and i will be arrested on spot in Police station, thinking this I have not visited Thana, now the SHO is telling FIR will be instituted,
May pls advice what to do in the case she file the FIR then I will have to take bail
requested to kindly provide urs valuable advice and some SC judgements in which physical relation was in fiendship but now she s telling to marry which is not possible for me.

454 ipc & 380 ipc is written in challan
but charges not framed yet
454 ipc contains ten years punishment
does it means it is session trial ??
challan has produced in MM COURT
& MAGISTRATE is on leave & accuse is appearing in mm court on his date
prosecution case is related to theft in a mall by customer in a busy day time 4 pm
& there is not tress pass
he entered in mall through common entrance as uses by other customer

Hi, i was a part of student politics during my college time.during a protest police arrested us and charged IPC 143, IPC147, IPC149, IPC283 on us.now the case is in court.now i am preparing for upsc and various other government exams.did this case will ruine my carrier? How to solve this case? If i fined by court for these offences did i bcome ineligible for government jobs.

hi i have been dismissed by my company saying i have made false declaration about my qualification in application. fact is, for the said post prescribed qualification was Bachelor of Arts. but i have degree of bachelor of art and other post graduation and graduation course also. since i was instructed to write one relevant qualification for the post. in application have been mentioned Bachelor of Arts. during selection process with =out handover the copy to me some signture on undertaking obtained forcefully. I joined the company later after few year company come to know i have other qualification also, hence, they have issued charge sheet for false qualification in application, dismissed me from the service against there own rules. Now, i wanted to file the private complaint or police complaint for illegal and unlawful dismissal for no reasons. Kindly suggest me how i should file complaint against the company under what are the section of IPC will attract for
1. cheating,
2. willfully knowing that unlawful dismissal wrong full loss to me and my family member and suffer my family badly for livelihood,
3. forcefully taken signature on undertaking knowingly there is no such rule in company to take that undertaking or unlawfully and forcefully obtained signature on undertaking which goes against me.
4. using that undertaking obtained by me unlawfully in the evidence, knowingly that is obtained unlawfully 5. fabricating the documents while furnishing the documents under RTI Act, fabrication by way of erasing the endorsement/decision written by HR head on the letter of complaint against me
6. forcefully and undue influence obtained signature on undertaking unlawfully
7. any other section against company or officer of company for illegal dismissal which attract criminal action Thanks

Cheque returned with a reason that "cheque unusable"
Dear all,
I lent 30 lacs money to a person (through transfer).He gave me a blank cheque on 31/12/2021 and asked me to provide 4months time after that present the cheque with interest.
On 12/04/2021 by filling the empty columns by calculating interest as on date presented the cheque.but the cheque returned with the reason that "cheque unusable".After that i approached him for enquiring about the dishonor of cheque but he replied very rashly.I enquired in the bank also regarding his branch about the dishonor that they replied three months back he gave instructions to stop payment of 9 cheques with a reason that the cheques are destroyed(lost).
After that i sent a legal notice to him. But in the reply he mentioned that i & another 2 did finance business along with the cheque issued person. Due to covid-19 we got loss in our business so we are pressuring him to pay the amount (i dont even know the other person names) and we collected empty 10 cheques,10 promissory notes & 10 bond papers from him and threatening him by presenting them in the bank. So he need not pay any amount to me. my doubt is he intentionally cheated me and another 2 persons also. How could i prove this in the court and i dont have any relation with the other documents mentioned in the reply notice.
can any one suggest me the best solution for this. iam attaching the reply notice below.
