FIR U/s 156(3) was registered and police after investigation filed cancellation report.. Now court to proceed u/s 200 crpc. My query is that FIR will stand cancelled. Court also ordered to examine complainant and witness if any. Will summons be issued to accused.

Yes police filed closure report/cancelled report. Court disposed of cancellation report. Now court to proceed with 200 crpc and called complaint for examine and witness at pre stage. This is as mentioned in order. Does this mean that FIR is cancelled.

Hello,

In my opinion, in your case, FIR is not registered. Now the court will examine the complainant and witness then after passing order u/s. 200, the court will summon the accused.
