Respected Sir/Madam, My wife has lost her memory completely, she is physically and mentally abnormal due to the side effect after outcome of suicide attempt(hanging herself). Now she is living with her parents. My in-laws filed a case against me u/s 498(A), case is under trail in court. All this happens in 2013. They kept My twins girl childs from 2013 to for 2017. In May 2017 they sent my childs to my custody. I admited them in prestigious school by giving huge donation. Buton 28. 04.2018 they suddenly kidnaped my childs without my knowledge when I'm in off.
I complained PI ACP DCP CP but they all r rejected to file fir and asked me to go to family court . But as per my knowledge and knowledge obtained from LCI (lot of thnx to LCI experts) it is 100 percent cognizable. If I go to family court it will take some time to get my chins.
Pl guide me wt shud I do next. Is there any option to approach directly file fir in criminal court etc.

Ronika and manish married on 10-10-15, husband & wife running their case in family court . In beginning Manish filled petition for divorce from Ronika... Even Ronika gave replied to Manish's notice and submitted W.S on 10-3-17 in family court.. After wards Ronika declared under oath on affidavit regarding marital status as UNMARRIED in election ...on 20-10-16. In addition Ronika declare that she is wife of her father in general affidavit which was additional attachment to other election affidavits . Manish received her election affidavit of unmarried status via RTI and submitted to family court judge .. Manish filled private case under section IPC 420 & 406 in criminal court on 12-8-17. Even criminal court judge issued notice to Ronika under IPC 420 & 406.Even election commission launched 125A RP act 1951 against Ronika .
My question
Possible for Manish to launch defamation case against Ronika ?
How much money do Manish need to pay to court ?

Sir muje 2011 Mai ek accidental case laga tha but wo 2014 Mai solve Ho Gaya na toh muje Koi fine laga na hi Koi charge laga. In 2016 Mai income tax inspector slect hua hu plz muje btaye Ki police verification Mai muje Koi dikkat Ho sakti hai kya ..

Sir I have a accidental case since 2011 but now I am free from charge .
Sir muje ye puchna na toh ismai muje Koi saja hui na hi Koi charge laga matlab fine laga sir mere income tax Mai joining aane vali hai Police verification Mai Koi dikkat toh Nahi hogi

Can wife withdraw a 498A case in a JFCM Court -filed as CC ? Is the presence of the accused is mandatory for withdrawal...?? The case is pending for 6 years as the wife and other CWs are not appearing before the Court. Now the wife wants to withdraw the same as they have rejoined.

my cheques are there with a person and he bounced two cheques in his name with forged pronotes and filed the cases in the year 2016 march.actually i paid the amount more than what he has given through account transfer. during the cross examination he agreed that i paid through account transfer for what he has given me through account . he is saying that he has given me some amount by hand also and i has given cheques to recover that amount . before he bounced the cheques i filed a writ petition in highcourt in 2015 december that he is not giving my cheques although i paid the amount through account transfer and threatening me for extra amount.
now his advocate is saying that we will bounce another cheque in the name of some stranger who does not belong to his family as he agreed in the cross examination that there are no more cheques of mine with them .
can u please suggest how to proceed further.

In the case attempt to murder of my kin the police have arrested the supari killers but they aren't touching the actual conspirators who hired them to kill my kin, although the conspirators have strong motives, criminal background, and are linked to the supari killers. Also they are chargesheeted for issuing death threats to my kin and myself. Will they ever be arrested?

my friend booked in false case under 363 ipc in 2014 as Accused no.3. now police is calling him to appear in court and arrest warrant is issued against him. he did not appear in court for a single hearing bcz he did not recieve any summon for hearing. He wants to quash this case is high court and dnt want appear in lower court as an accused.

I used to work in a Bank as Deputy Manager, I did arranged marriage on 23rd April 2017, we went to mauritius for honeymoon where while playing game on my wife's mobile a message came on whatsapp later I found that my wife has extra marital affair with not only one but 4 boys, they used to conspire her against my family and used to abuse me & my family she used to chat with boys while I asleep.
After reading these things about my wife cheating while being on honeymoon shattered me, I lost all respect & love I had for her.
She confessed that she didnt wanted to marry me but her father had forced her to marry me, I asked her father & he told he will kill those boys dont tell your parents.
Forgetting all this I took her with me to kolkata where I used to work. I and my wife used to live alone there.
On 26th Aug we went to watch movie and to visit many places, on 27th Aug we had an argument which grew bigger, as she never wanted to live with me and her father and her boyfriends were not ready to accept her anymore.
Out of frustration,short temper, anger and for taking revenge she committed suicide on 28.08.2017 while I was in office.
We never tortured her for dowry but her father lodged FIR against my whole family (father,mother,brother,married sisters,brother in laws) under sec304b, 498a,DP ACT 3&4.My family members have not seen her also after our marriage.
I lost my job and was jailed for nearly 2 months. I was never enquired properly by police what was the actual reason for her suicide they only believed the version of her father.
I am on bail right now but my father in law has put bail cancellation application in high court stating that I have brutally killed her daughter, but in post mortem report there ia not even a single scratch on her body.
Please help us as my father-in-law is having lot of contact with media and ministers which he is misusing.
I have proves to show my innocence but nobody is supporting.
Can my bail be cancelled before trail, can I get my job back?
Please help.
