Whether the complaint is based on FIR, if so, it can quashed by the High court, otherwise you can withdraw the same

Either the FIR can be quashed by the Highcourt after so much delay or you can withdraw 498 A case.

I stick to my earlier opinion.

@ Ms. Usha Kapoor,
Your additional post is irrelevant, vague and quite unnecessary. Where was the question to sticking to your earlier opinion? Have you been asked by anyone to withdraw your opinion or challenged your opinion?

However, what I find, your opinion was incomplete just for a time pass and to make a post merely to show your appearance on the thread. Instead of sticking to your half baked opinion, you could rather have described the procedure to quash FIR or to withdraw the case, when FIR stands filed.

For points I'm rewriting. Not that IT IS great.Because I get for replies only 1 point and not 3 point like you all. If you've goodness tell Hall of fame in-charge to increase my score from 1 point to 3 points.

@ Ms. Usha Kapoor,
You seem to have no commonsense. If you get one point, none else gets 3 points as per your corrupted thought. By the way, what was the sense of unduly making additional post just to earn one additional point when none else challenged your opinion or asked you to confirm your opinion?
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 09 May 2018
Except me no body else gets 1 point. Have you conducted any statistical; survey or what? Its all because of you and me and our altercations he reduced my point ts after cutting some 50 points at first. If you tell him he may change to 3 points from 1 point.Advanced thanks to you. Please help me.

If you are being discriminated and have complaint with the admin, why you are taking so much trouble to make your posts. Do your multiple posts aim just to get more points, while misguiding the querists profusely?
If you have complaint about discrimination, why not leave the LCI? At least the querists would be spared of getting bad and wrong type of advice from you.
